We eventually decided on Puzzled Monkey / Spruce Gardens Services for conducting the work in our back garden. We had seen a few people for quotes, but they say you just know and we had a good feeling from the outset when meeting with Craig the owner. Fair to say the team did a fantastic job! Particular thanks to Jason and Neil, they were both hard working, informative, knowledgeable and took real pride in the work they did. Jason being the lead was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us updated throughout, he really knows porcelain. Willie was also great and gave another layer of assurance. I have no concerns in highly recommending them. We now have the oasis we were after and are looking forward to enjoying it, so thanks again guys.

Ben visited us last week as we had a rodent problem.Right from the start he explained everything to us and what the process was and thoroughly inspected our property.He has since returned as planned and I am delighted to say the rodents haven’t returned! Alan Dobbies was recommended to us by a double glazing repair specialist as we had terrible condensation and mould problems with our old windows.
Brian came out and explained exactly what we needed and how the work would be completed. He then sent a very detailed quote and once we gave the go ahead came out to do a more detailed measurement of the windows.
When my old windows were removed we couldn’t believe how bad they were, the previous fitters had cut so many corners, no expanding foam, we could see daylight, water in them to name but a few.
The team got to work correctly fitting my new windows explaining things to me as they worked and answering any questions I had. They put a 12 hour shift in as there were a lot of issues with my walls being off but now finally I have the peace of mind that my new windows have been fitted professionally and with real care.
What a weight off my mind. We would have no hesitation in using Alan Dobbies again and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
