Very pleased with continued annual service. Ian and Cain provided great support with an issue earlier in the year - prompt and dedicated help.
So lovely to have a warm house these last 7 years compared with the previous very outdated system - not supplied by EH. Ian knew exactly the system for our old home.

Colin was fantastic - he is very reliable. Turns up when he says he will, keeps you informed and I have used him a number of times. On the latest job he did for us, we had no heating and he was able to come out later that day and get everything up and running quickly.

My only criticism was that I had to keep on phoning to find out what was happening instead of being kept up to date by the company. Other than that I had no problems.

Other companies offered us low to medium quality boilers, at a higher installation price, without Scott Findlay's reputation or guarantees. I'm very happy to recommend Scott Findlay services and to my friends, family and colleagues.

In a very busy period, Rory fitted us in with an early start to fix malfunctioning CH radiators in the build-up to Christmas. He was efficient, attentive and carried out additional work without prompting. Good service.
