We’ve used CGS several times and we do that because they’re reliable, punctual and tidy. We had our fire and boiler serviced recently and the guys who did the job were on the ball. They ran us through the jobs and explained what they were doing and we then left them to it. A professional service from start to finish and they’re our ‘go to’ gas people.

The gas central heating boiler decided to break down the week before Christmas, on a Friday at 4.30pm!! Our plumber of 20 years had retired so a new gas engineer needed, at a terrible time to try and locate one. Corstorphine Gas Services rescued us. Contacted us on the Saturday with a follow up on Monday. The engineer arrived Tuesday to assess the problem and returned on the Thursday with the parts, we having confirmed the estimate and the parts needed having been sourced. The boiler was repaired and we had space heating and hot water restored - plans for a family Christmas back on! The gas engineer was very good and the whole operation very efficient.

I have used Corstorphine Gas Services a couple of times now for boiler service and repairs. On each occasion they have been great. They arrived at the agreed time, identified the problem, explained the work required clearly and returned to complete it quickly with no mess / minimal disruption. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

Initially used CGS to install a new boiler when i moved into my property 5 years ago, have used them ever since to service the boiler annually and they also fitted a new ensuite bathroom.
