Really great service, communications were really easy and fast. Professional job, can't fault anything. Always appreciate an easy payment option too as I tend to struggle on banking apps - there is a 'pay by card' option.

CGS project managed a major bathroom and kitchen renovation for me, involving changing the location of the kitchen and also our boiler. We've been customers for many years and knew we'd get a great outcome. Lewis, the owner of CGS, is really committed to customer satisfaction and always goes the extra mile. All of the tradespeople he works with proved excellent, and very friendly. We are planning an extension next and have happily commissioned CGS for that work also. They are not the cheapest, but they are easily the best value for money in Edinburgh.

I have used Lewis and team several times in recent years for works which included a boiler replacement, some bathroom refurb including new sink installation, boiler servicing and repair (before the new one was fitted) and a shower pump installation.

The engineers are always prompt, friendly and efficient. I consider their pricing fair and reasonable.

Any post work questions or issues that have arisen, Lewis or the office team have quickly responded and resolved - so definitely not a company that takes your money and runs!

We had a cast iron fire that needed to be fitted into our living room, and the process from beginning to end was perfect. We had a few small issues, which I brought to their attention and they came the next day and fixed it all. They are very easy to reach and respond quickly to any inquiries. Special thanks to Lauren for all her help. I would definitely recommend them.

Boiler was leaking, fitters came the same day and quickly fixed the issue. That was brilliant in itself, but the most impressive thing was that when I phoned initially, I was asked to send photos of the problem area via WhatsApp. That meant the fitters were already aware of exactly what was up. Really smooth, efficient service.

He was the most professional and patient engineer we have had in our home. He also came out last year and serviced our boiler, and again his standards and work ethics were impeccable. We didn’t leave a review last time, but he deserves to know that he is setting the best example for us all, in this somewhat risky world of decent UK workmen. It’s probably easier to find GOLD these days than it is to find decent workmen!!

We needed a boiler replaced, the folk at Corstorphine Gas were great at every step.

My father’s boiler wasn’t working, I contacted CGS and they sent an engineer out the same day. I cannot thank CGS enough. CGS were able to repair within 30 minutes, this after 3 weeks of trying to have it repaired by another company who said the boiler was beyond economical repair. Obviously not, because CGS Corstorphine Gas Services identified and sorted the issue very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Hats off to them and I definitely 100% recommend this company.

Fitted new boiler. Excellent service, from office staff and engineer, very efficient, tidy, work completed in a day. I can highly recommend the company as this was not the first work they have carried out for me and the service has always been first class.

They have done our annual gas safety certificate twice. Both times they have been on time, easy to communicate with and send a text in the morning with the name of the person coming to the property. The same person came both times and was very professional and efficient.

Whether the job is large or small the team are there to help.

Excellent service. Replaced valves on leaking towel rail. Reorganised their schedule to fit us in and was sorted within 3 hours of calling them.

The company fitted my new bathroom, arranging joiners, painters etc. Work was done when they said and all rubbish cleared.

My combi boiler stopped working, no heating or hot water. I was not a previous customer but they arranged for engineer to come out quickly and faulty gauge was identified, engineer got the hot water working but part required for full fix. I was sent a quote for job, and I agreed to go ahead. Part was ordered/received and engineer came back and had boiler fully fixed within a week. I am very happy with CGS, final price was as quoted with no payment until job completed. All contact has been efficient, friendly & professional, I will definately use them again and very happy to recommend them!

Have an annual contract to service the boiler. Have also had them change a radiator thermostat earlier in the year. Extremely efficient service - office staff very helpful and the come exactly when they say they will. Very pleasant staff all round

I contacted Corstorphine Gas to give me a quote for new radiators and gas supply to my new gas hob. They were very friendly on the telephone and arranged a prompt visit to do a survey. The quote arrived which was very competitive and a date arranged to start the work. Communication was excellent with a text sent on the days with an arrival time which is very helpful.
The work was done to a very high standard, the plumber was polite and tidy. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will use them in the future for further work to be done on my property.

Had a new double panel radiator fitted to replace an ageing single panel version. The difference in heat production is amazing. The whole process was excellent from initial enquiry, to receiving an estimate the following day, with fitting (which took just over an hour on the day) all completed within a week. Great service from the office team (who kept us updated on progress) and the fitters (with no mess involved). This was our first time with CGS and we will definitely use them again.
