I contacted CGS after finding their details on the list of local trusted traders. My elderly mum had a leak from pipes in her loft that had caused water damage in her bedroom. The company was closed when I made my initial phone call but contacted me first thing the following day. They attended promptly, the engineer went to get the necessary pipe to carry out an emergency repair and we were provided with a quote advising of the full work required for a reasonably price. The work was carried out the following week with a follow up call to reassure my mum the work had fixed the issue and there were no more leaks.
