We had Spruce Garden Services out to do a winter tidy up. The guys arrived promptly and pruned our Acer tree, weeded our garden and removed all the dead leaves.
Mikey and Sean were friendly and carried out the work to a high standard.
Would definitely recommend this firm and will certainly use them in the future.

Outstanding and talented team. From the initial quote, through to all the implementation, the experience was brilliant and the work first class.
Spruce remodelled an existing garden layout, reshaping the lawn and creating new planting areas. They also pruned and reshaped existing shrubs and the effect has been transformational.

From the quote to the completion of works, I found the whole team to be helpful and communicative. If there was delay, I was called early on to explain why and works would restart. Despite the inclement weather, the whole project was only delayed a couple of days. The quality of the finish was excellent and the workmen cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone having similar works done (patio/driveway replaced).

We eventually decided on Puzzled Monkey / Spruce Gardens Services for conducting the work in our back garden. We had seen a few people for quotes, but they say you just know and we had a good feeling from the outset when meeting with Craig the owner. Fair to say the team did a fantastic job! Particular thanks to Jason and Neil, they were both hard working, informative, knowledgeable and took real pride in the work they did. Jason being the lead was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us updated throughout, he really knows porcelain. Willie was also great and gave another layer of assurance. I have no concerns in highly recommending them. We now have the oasis we were after and are looking forward to enjoying it, so thanks again guys.

Spruce carried out a general winter tidy up of our town garden. As always, they were punctual, very responsive and carried out an excellent job, cutting back shrubs to our specification and taking away all the garden waste.
We were very satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the work carried out and the service. The garden was left very neat and tidy. We had a big general garden tidy up with grass cut and pruning back shrubs and climbers and leaf clearing and 15 bulk bags removed.

I had 3 small trees and 12 old roses removed from my small garden 2 Salix and a Ceanothus).
Mathew and Alex (C) did a great job. They managed to remove the trees with minimal disturbance to other planting. They were very pleasant, professional and helpful. As well as the tree/rose removal they did a bit of a tidy up of the garden which was not expected. I was very pleased with work carried out.

Very satisfied by the work carried out by Spruce Garden Services.
The front garden was in need of a tidy. They pruned hedges, cut and strimmed the lawn, dug out rose bushes, hand weeded beds and gravel area.
The team arrived at 9:30am in the morning and worked well into the afternoon.
They removed all the green waste and left the garden looking brand new.

By planting a hedge and installing a raised bed with trellis, it has been transformed into what will be a pleasant miniature garden - easy to maintain, which is important for me.
Without exception, the men who did the work were friendly, competent and at every stage, they made sure that I was satisfied with what they were doing.
From start to finish, a good experience and I am pleased to be able to highly recommend Spruce Garden Services.

I had Spruce remove an old patio and replace it with a new one. They used some of the materials from the old patio in a different part of the garden. They also added a new area of patio. They were very efficient and friendly, even making changes to the design as the work progressed. I'm pleased with the work and would use them again for similar work.

Craig's team were professional and courteous during the time that they were here and I would like to particularly mention Scott and Alan who were great.
Work carried out included the installation of a extensive new patio area with flower beds around the patio and fantastic red cedar wood screens at either end. In addition, large flower beds were created to the rear of the garden with a seating area and pea gravel walkway introduced.
We are very happy with the work carried out and we would definitely use them again in the future.
