Review a trader

I asked Andy to source a laptop for me and he got back in super quick time and found a laptop that while an older model had exactly the functionality I wanted within my budget. It only took one or two days for Andy to order the laptop and set it up ready for use. I have always found the service at Easy PC excellent and would much rather spend my money there than with one of the big chains.

These guys were professional from the get go. Kept us informed all the way through the job from quotation to completion. Had new blinds fitted to some of the windows which were of a great quality. They did a quick, clean and professional installation would definitely use again highly recommend.

We placed our order in November 2024 to have a Dry Ridge system installed and for the roof to be generally cleaned and maintained and we were advised at the beginning that it would be into the new year before the work was undertaken. The work was completed in early May 2025 and the wait between accepting the quote and completion was well worth it. The job was undertaken in a professional manner and the team on site kept us up to date on a daily basis as to what work had been completed that day and what the plans were for the following day. The site was tidied impeccably each day and all rubbish removed from site. The contract was undertaken within the agreed time scale and the invoice matched the quote exactly with the exception of some additional tiles that needed replacing once moss had been removed from the roof. This had been drawn to our attention at the time of the initial site visit. I fully recommend this firm and couldn't have been anymore pleased with the way the job was undertaken.

I asked Allan to come and paint my hallway - walls, woodwork and doors. Allan is very personable and easy to get on with. His preparation is excellent and it shows in the final results. The was a problem with the front door because of materials used previously, but Allan persisted, did some research and problem fixed! Everyone who has been to my home has marvelled on how good the hallway now looks.
I then asked Allan to come back a few weeks later and paint the walls in my kitchen and the woodwork in my living room.
Again, Allan is meticulous in preparation. Also he is very tidy. I hate dust, but when Allan is sanding, he cleans as he goes, so there isn't dust all over the place.
I don't have anything else in the pipeline, but as soon as there is, Allan is the only person now I will contact. And I'm more than happy to recommend him.

Billy repaired dishwasher. He came at short notice, having taken time to discuss options at length on the phone ( including self fix suggestions). He sorted the problem quickly. Brilliant service. Would highly recommend. Thanks Billy :)

They came out to assess an issue with the boiler. Gave plenty of advice and were very helpful from first contact to coming out to assess. Would definitely call them again for future issues
