Review a trader

Working with the platinum team was so easy, from the original meeting and quote process to completion of the job (re-roof and render). The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We knew that if they said something would be done, it would happen. They may not be the cheapest, but are far from the most expensive, but for the peace of mind that comes from a reliable and trustworthy company, the little extra cost is totally worth every penny.

We were recommended Jamie by a family member and we were not disappointed. From our first interaction with Jamie he was very informative and clearly the knowledge and expertise for the job required. Jamie was also very patient leading up to our job as we did have a few questions/changes which he was easily able to accommodate.
The work itself was carried in a timely manner with a quality result at the end. On top of this Jamie made sure to tidy up any excess waste from areas of the property used for preparation. Jamie himself is very down to earth and will answer any questions without ease or judgement. Great service all round and would recommend to anyone in future, just make sure to stock up on Tea and Sugar.

Contacted firm for cistern with constant flow problem. Initial diagnosis during contact call. Lesley arranged a date for plumber to call but was able to bring it forward due to a cancellation which was a great help. When plumber came confirmed initial diagnosis of problem and fitted new valve. Problem solved no more cistern flow.
The firm were very quick to react, Lesley was extremely helpful in being able to get a plumber to problem as quickly as she could. Plumber did great job in an efficient and tidy manner. Both were extremely professional and friendly through the whole process.
I have since had the firm back to replace a faulty tap, during this process Lesley was again extremely knowledgeable and helpful in aiding my being able to source an appropriate tap for my kitchen ahead of the plumbers arrival.

Craig and his team efficient, quick, & provided more affordable (and less disruptive) solutions. They installed a backlit anti-mist mirror and did a safety check within the flat.
