Excellent and professional service. Had both front door and back door replaced. On enquiry was sent brochure with an extensive choice of quality doors and fittings. On choosing, Paul came out to take measurements and doors were ordered and fitted within 2-3 weeks. The guys who installed were professional and respectful to my home. They cleaned up after themselves and took all rubbish away. Clear comms throughout with written quote and clear invoicing.

Francis is an absolute first class carpenter and joiner. I could not recommend him highly enough. He has renewed a rotting window frame which was very badly repaired by another so-called joiner. I wouldn't use anyone else now for any joinery work.

I had some lights fitted and the two team members that came to undertake the work were really polite and professional. There was an issue with the fusebox and they worked to ensure that they got to the bottom of it and everything was fixed before they left my property for which I was very grateful.

The team that were out were really helpful and the communications from the office team about the visit before and follow up call was also really great.

Chris responded within 24 hours to clear a blocked drain (that has happened 3 times this year). Takes the time to explain the issue and solution (kidney cover has fallen into the drain under the house) and literally provided a step by step of what needs to be done.

Absolutely personable, knows his craft inside out and wastes no time getting the issue fixed.

Excellent pricing, cleans up afterwards and has always responded quickly when requested.

Very pleased with continued annual service. Ian and Cain provided great support with an issue earlier in the year - prompt and dedicated help.
So lovely to have a warm house these last 7 years compared with the previous very outdated system - not supplied by EH. Ian knew exactly the system for our old home.

ABC installed new lights, external Ring spot lighting, external plug points and a new consumer unit. I would highly recommend ABC Electrical.

Colin was fantastic - he is very reliable. Turns up when he says he will, keeps you informed and I have used him a number of times. On the latest job he did for us, we had no heating and he was able to come out later that day and get everything up and running quickly.
