Review a trader

I have used Gallen Roofing several times and their work has consistently been high quality and actually solved my roofing issues.

In this particular instance, they fixed a problem area around a skylight which a previous roofer had installed over a year ago, which had been substandard and was allowing water ingress. The previous roofer was not responding to requests for remedy but thankfully Gallen Roofing as a highly reliable trader fixed the problem for me. I would highly recommend Gallen Roofing in all aspects of their work and organisation.

We recently had our landscaping redesigned along with the installation of a brand-new terrace by Anderson Landscapes, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From the very beginning, Colin, the owner, was exceptional. He really took the time to understand what we were hoping to achieve and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded expectations. His expertise and thoughtful suggestions around alternative and improved ideas made a huge difference, and we always felt we were in very capable hands.

The installation team were equally impressive. Aurelijus and Kyle in particular were fantastic throughout the project. They were professional, respectful of our property, and incredibly reliable—always arriving on time and ensuring everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Their attention to detail and work ethic really stood out.

We were quite nervous going into this project, but the team completely put us at ease. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were kept fully up to date on progress at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

We are absolutely blown away by the final result—it has completely transformed our space. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anderson Landscapes to anyone looking for high-quality work and a genuinely great customer experience.

As a previous satisfied customer, we were once again very impressed with Michael's work, explanations and technical know how for the installation of the CCTV. He's an excellent ambassador for MDS Security Systems and we are very happy with the end result. The whole process from admin support to getting the system installed was exemplary!  Aftercare and advice from both Mike and Michael has been much appreciated.

Bay windows refurbished in 2025, with new double glazing, suitable for a conservation area. Recently, 2026, two further windows were refurbished, without double glazing. All the work was thorough and craftsmanlike. Each workman tidied up at the end of each day, which I greatly appreciated. The firm's communication was excellent.
