Boiler service. Very good service

Excellent advice given without obligation prior to quoting regarding two birch trees in garden growing into each other and too close to a rowan tree. Removed one birch and pruned crown of the other. Very professional and tidy job carried out and all timber cleared from the garden leaving no waste or sawdust behind.

Had boiler moved from cupboard upstairs and re-sited in under stair cupboard.
Top class company to deal with, from office staff through all the engineers and tradesmen needed to complete my job.

This is the second time I’ve used Energize Electrical in the last 12 months, the first bring a positive experience last summer when they ran power from my house into the garage for lighting, outlets, and potential future EV charging.

This time they installed some PIR floodlights on the house, put up two heavy feature light fittings, and replaced an outdoor socket.

The work was completed in one visit by Campbell and a colleague, and was done to an excellent standard. They readily accommodated a last minute decision by my wife to swap the light fixtures between rooms due to one ceilings being unsuitable for one of the fittings, and their attention to detail was high - for example they used a laser spirit level to ensure the light fittings (one of which had 3 separate hanging shades) were all perfectly aligned.

They also vacuumed and wiped down the areas they had worked in afterwards, after taking me through each of the pieces of work they had done and checking I was ok with the results.

Neil followed up the next day to check everything was done to my satisfaction, which was also appreciated and concluded what was very good communication throughout the process.

I won’t hesitate to use Energize Electrical in future.

We had a dishwasher fault, and rang BR, who gave us a quote, said he would attend that same day, and also inform us prior to attending. This he did.
Upon arrival he immediately got to work, and detected a problem with the dishwasher pump, a fault incidentally that he had not experienced previously. In his van stock he had a pump that was suitable for the machine, and fitted same. Our machine was up and running very soon afterwards.
All in all a great experience, and a competent professional approach to the task. Highly recommended.

We had a blocked drain which was cleared and new pipes fitted. The two lads that came to do the work were very good and left no mess. Thank you.

I must say his attention to detail and going over and above to come up with solutions to make the flooring look better was excellent. I was thrilled by his work ethic and I would not hesitate to recommend him as he is professional, punctual and very helpful. A pleasure to have him in my home . First class service.
