I was recommended Homeland Security by a friend through a local business network. I am really happy with the product and customer service. Gary came round to do a survey on the same day I enquired, and quickly followed up with a report and recommendations. The team came within the week to fit the alarm for our house and adjoining garage. The alarm has been great since then and I really enjoy being able to arm and disarm it remotely from my phone.

Gary provided excellent services :
Serviced the home alarm and upgraded the system i.e. additional door sensors and multifunction activation fob. Showed me how to use the alarm for different situations.
Installed a CCTV system that covered my property to my satisfaction.
Replaced the locks (front, back and conservatory doors) with more secure hardware.
Plus left no mess, and surveyed the property before providing a quote.

Gary visited within a couple of days of initial contact to do a site survey. He was happy to answer all my questions, and after the visit, he sent over a comprehensive recommendation list of works that could be carried out, including a detailed breakdown of costs.

Once I had confirmed which options I wanted, Gary returned within two weeks to carry out the installation.

The installation was completed without issue. He tidied and hoovered up afterwards, leaving no mess behind. Gary went through setting up the app for remotely controlling the system, tested the alarm, and answered my questions.

Gary of Homeland Security installed an intruder alarm and motion-sensored cameras in my pad in 2020 following a very comprehensive security survey. He has been undertaking the alarm maintenance for me since. As Gary has done such a fantastic job, when we needed to increase the security for my parents’ house, we did not hesitate to consult with Gary. He attended promptly for the initial survey. When we needed further clarification about the proposal on the wired CCTV system and how the wiring would look, he was very patient in answering each question including coming back to explain in person for the benefit of my elderly parents. The installation (wired CCTV system, doorbell camera, and a security light in the garden) was done with great care (in freezing November weather) and exactly as described in the quote. Gary and his team are polite, very tidy (including cleaning up afterwards), and highly professional. The qualities of installations are outstanding!
