We thought it was an excellent boiler installation service - very professional and thorough. The engineers were knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated. Given the excellent quality of the boiler (Worcester), the price was very good. Other companies offered us low to medium quality boilers, at a higher installation price, without Scott Findlay's reputation or guarantees. I'm very happy to recommend Scott Findlay services and to my friends, family and colleagues.

Installation of a new Worcester combi boiler. Scott Findlay engineers have serviced our boiler for a number of years and were the obvious choice to install a new boiler. The work was done with their usual care and attention and good manners. I thoroughly recommend Scott Findlay Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

Unfortunately the engineer refused to service our gas living flame gas fire even though the service arrangement had been made well in advance. Neither was he prepared to complete a radiator check after servicing our gas boiler. The engineer was too much in a hurry to complete the agreed work. I will not use this company again.

I have been using Scott Findlay Plumbing and Heating Ltd for boiler installation and boiler care for coming up to 10 years and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They installed a boiler in my previous property, as well as providing yearly services. After my current boiler broke down they were able to get me booked in and a new boiler fitted in record time, just before the cold weather hit. I am so grateful! My house is noticeably warmer with the new boiler, and it's so much quieter than the last one!

The engineers are always on time, tidy and respectful workers, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I trust them completely. Kevin does my services and is spot on and Mark fitted the new boiler in under a day, making sure to talk me through it all before he left. Claire is great at scheduling, always responsive to emails and friendly to deal with. I wish more companies were this good at customer care, it is so clear they care about what they do and it's great to have boiler care that is reliable and reasonably priced. Boiler replacement

Scott Findlay very promptly arranged to replace our boiler when it became unreliable. The job was done very quickly and efficiently by our friendly engineer Mark with minimum disruption and no mess.

We replaced an old back boiler with a new combi boiler installed in a cupboard in our top floor flat. The work was done in two days with new flue exiting the roof. Everything went like clockwork and the flat was left in a very tidy condition. I have no hesitation in recommending Scott Findlay. I was very impressed by their technical expertise and efficiency from beginning to end.

Had new boiler installed and the work was completed without any problems. The installer worked so hard and made sure we were completely happy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone we have dealt with at Scott Findlay has exceeded our expectations. Rare treat to have a company do what they say they are going to do. The entire SF team from the office staff through to the team doing the installation have been professional, friendly and made everything so easy for us. Would highly recommend.

Poor hot water. It took a few visits and I was getting very stressed.The plumber (Albert) assured me there would be a solution. The water tank has gone and we have a new immersion cylinder with a vented system so we are completely plumbed into the mains. Excellent service throughout.

We had to replace our gas boiler and Scott Findlay provided excellent communication and efficient service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, friendly engineers who arrived when they said they would and went the extra mile. They also made every effort to protect floor and wall finishes and cleared up each evening.
