The engineer went out of his way to avoiding unnecessary work (ie draining our heating system) Very pleased with the repair done..

I had some lights fitted and the two team members that came to undertake the work were really polite and professional. There was an issue with the fusebox and they worked to ensure that they got to the bottom of it and everything was fixed before they left my property for which I was very grateful.

The team that were out were really helpful and the communications from the office team about the visit before and follow up call was also really great.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in using the company again or recommending to friends or family

These are quite simply the best tradesfolk I have experienced. They are always punctual, pleasant and very good at what they do. Their customer service and support are excellent.

We had our kitchen revamped - quartz worktops, beautiful ceramic sink and classy tap. Also new gas hob and extractor fan fitted.
This work was completed in one day to an exceptional standard.

John repaired our garden wall he was very professional and completed the work to a high standard. He kept us updated from start to finish he cleaned up afterwards an exemplary craftsman at his trade. I would have no hesitation In recommending John to my friends and family. Should I need any more work in the future John will be my first choice.

had an issue with our boiler , could not get any heating ,read the reviews for this company and gave them a call , Sean came out found the problem straight away ordered two parts came back a couple of days later and issue was resolved had heating again , Sean is a very pleasant young man gave us some good advice , just sorry he cut his finger on the boiler casing , but gave him a couple plasters , will be using this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends .

We needed a boiler fitted really quickly and we had someone out within 48 hours. Process from start to finish was excellent. From the lady I was dealing with in the office to the gentleman who installed the boiler. They were in at 9am and away for 3pm with no mess. I had a lovely warm house and hot water.

It's such a relief to find someone capable and reasonable and gets the job done!

I had a chair repaired, an electrical fitting replaced and a sensor light put outside. I am delighted with the work. They came first thing this morning and I had just phoned last night. They were pleasant and I am delighted with the work carried out. Would certainly recommend as they tick all the boxes I am looking for in a trader.
