New bathroom installed by Paisley Property Maintenance. Old one ripped out and disposed of, new plumbing, wet walls, ceiling and flooring installed to a very high standard. High quality bathroom suite and fixtures and fittings, new electrics, LED lighting, and an amazing rainfall shower. Neil and his team worked hard, turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and contributed some nice touches and ideas. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

I asked for additional electrical sockets to be fitted in the kitchen; plus, replace security light and wiring in the garage.
All the work was completed to a high standard the next day at a reasonable cost.

Just had a second job done by the guys at Paisley Property Maintenance, and had a new bath and shower screen installed. They arrived spot on the time they said they would on the agreed morning, and also finished at the agreed time and did a very good job in installing the bath and shower screen. Got me out of a right spot on a Sunday. I screwed through a wall and hit a wire causing the entire house electrics to shutdown and not come back on.

Was here within the hour and had it sorted quickly.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by the guys at Paisley Property Maintenance, and have already arranged future jobs with them. They are very polite, friendly and supportive and also very efficient in their method of working. No job is a hassle to them. They fitted a new shower unit and LED kitchen light for me and other odd jobs I had been putting off over the years and I am very happy. The price for their work was also very reasonable. When you find a good service who obviously value their customers it is worth sticking with them, and I fully intend to in the future.

Paul and team were fantastic from start to finish. We got a great price quoted for our decking. They were reliable, professional, and prompt. Would highly recommend.

Phoned Neil to sort out a problem with a large walk-in shower screen door which need realigned after a "Hogmanay bump". Joe came round later that morning and it was all sorted out.

Contacted the trader this morning as I had a leak coming from the shower. Neil introduced himself and said he would try to come today. Neil and his colleague arrived this afternoon and the leak was fixed. Although they had to remove part of wall and ceiling they left the job with minimal damage.

I had 4 new internal doors fitted and 2 new lights fitted, the team are fantastic. They did a great job and I love the new doors. Don’t hesitate to give Neil a call, I will certainly use again. I had a chair repaired, an electrical fitting replaced and a sensor light put outside. I am delighted with the work. They came first thing this morning and I had just phoned last night. We had a problem with our shower, after contacting Paisley Property Maintenance on Monday 18th November I am delighted to say that we have just had a replacement shower fitted. No fuss, no mess. Excellent service and excellent work carried out by a really nice young man!
