Gas boiler and gas fire were both serviced. We have used this company for a number of years and have always received a great service.
The engineers are punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and always clean up after themselves.
I highly recommend this company.

We found the thought of replacing our kitchen very daunting. My husband is a Plasterer to trade and in the past we would have tackled the project ourselves but ill health meant this wasn’t possible. After visiting a few well known kitchen companies we came away each time quite deflated, there appeared to be a general lack of interest and rather nonchalant approach. Due to my husbands health we wanted a company who would take the stress out of the situation by providing all trades, alas this doesn’t appear to be the norm, we were finding that we would need to remove & dispose of our old kitchen, arrange trades and generally project manage the replacement but this still came with a large price tag. Then my son told us he had been chatting to his new neighbour who designed kitchens and used 3D VR to show the design - our perfect kitchen story begins….
Michael visited our home and listened intently and patiently to me natter on about the vision in my head. He understood exactly what we wanted and we were delighted that all work would be undertaken by We Love Your Projects own team of tradesmen. Michael designed our kitchen and provided a quotation. My husband and I had already decided we were going ahead before the quote as we both liked Michael’s professional and friendly approach and knowing that absolutely everything would be done in house by We Love Your Projects own team really filled us with confidence and completely removed any stress for us.
Once the design had been put together Michael invited us to experience the 3D design through the VR, this was really like standing in my new kitchen, the vision in my head was becoming a reality.
Our installation date was arranged and the team arrived promptly and began the strip out. Jamie also came and didn’t hold back getting his hands dirty.
Communication was excellent, Antonia kept us up to date and replied promptly to any queries I had, Michael called and popped in to see how things were coming along and all tradesmen kept us updated with how things were coming along.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending We Love Your Projects. Dylan, Stevie, Olly and George are an absolute credit to the company. The workmanship is to the highest of standards, every one was professional, polite and exceptionally tidy.

We Love Your Projects were recommended to us and have provided a first class, high quality personal service. My initial contact was with Jamie, lead person, who met both my husband and I on a number of occasions to discuss what we wanted and what our budget was. Through Jamie’s leadership a design was formulated and developed over a few weeks with draft drawings to support decision making. This included engaging an architect to progress the Building Warrant, to liaising with the Local Authority as well as the Structural Engineer.

Michael greatly assisted us with any amendments we wanted to make, providing updated drawings to us each time. Michael also assisted us in utilising We Love Your Projects virtuality reality software package to envision what the kitchen and dining area would look like when finished – this was extremely helpful. Jamie provided links to various kitchen, worktop and floor suppliers to aid our selection and also identified kitchen appliances which we are very happy with. Antonia was the lynch pin in the office who kept everyone to schedule, ensuring all appointments were kept ,and tradesmen were where they needed to be at the scheduled time.

Once the design was finalised, the job was completed within 4 weeks. Our trust in Jamie, and his team, was such that we decided to go on holiday for the duration of the installation. We received updates, as appropriate, and everything went without a hitch.

Our kitchen and dining room renovation has been beautifully completed by We Love Your Projects. They project managed everything from start to finish, perfectly. The transformation is outstanding and has exceeded our expectations. The kitchen and dining area are more cohesive and provide greater flexibility and functionality for our family. The layout, designed by We Love Your Projects, using their knowledge, expertise and experience, looks like an entirely different and much improved space. Jamie and his team proved to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would have no hesitation in recommending We Love Your Projects to anyone. I smile every time I enter my new kitchen and dining area.

We have had a boiler/heating service plan with the company for several years now and have always found them to be efficient when called out. They did their best to keep the old boiler working but, when it finally needed to be replaced, the work was arranged and completed promptly. We are enjoying our more effective heating system and are very happy with the overall experience; wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I got “We Love Your Projects” To supply and fit a new cistern and toilet bowl into a small closet and finish off with boxing in the lower half with wet wall panelling. Really very happy with the overall finish and the time taken to complete the job was perfect. Would certainly recommend this company for any other work needed……….so professional.

The experience from beginning to end to end was fantastic , The girls in the office Tracy and Antonia were so helpful and accommodating to the boys who came out to replace our lights and fit a new outside light , whom-were so helpful and polite , carrying out the work quickly and efficiently and were so nice to my little boy whom was full of questions , can’t recommend these guys enough, if you need any work done these guys are the best !!

I had a new boiler fitted, all organised and completed within a week. All work carried out was with the least amount of disruption by the friendliest, most efficient engineers. Small tweeks were required but were organised and sorted out no problem.
