KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

Recently had our kitchen completely ripped out and replaced (by kitchen from Howdens) including knocking wall down, bricking up door and making window smaller and replacing all flooring.
Raymond & Gary from MPS came out and advised/suggested a few options to us and supplied a competitive quote for what we wanted.
We were given a timescale and kept advised as the work was progressing, they accommodated additional work that we requested as the job went along.
The workers were professional and always left the place tidy at the end of the day.
The work was of a high standard all around and we are delighted with the job done, would highly recommend Mirren Properties for any job you are considering.
We are just waiting on a date for a bathroom refurbish now !

We had Several jobs done by mirren property services -
1. Replace several double glazing window units that seals had been broken.
2. Replace shower screen with a newer better one.
3. Replaced bath panel with a new one that he had built for us personally.
4. Fixed outside door panel that had "sprung ".
Workmanship was perfect, very clean & tidy workers who tidied up after themselves. We can't speak more highly of this company, will definitely recommend and use them again.

Very happy with work carried out. New skirting and baseboards supplied and fitted throughout the flat and then boiler flue pipe boxed in (with access panels). Arrived when they said they would - this cannot be overstated (been let down before from other companies for other work to be carried out), so to find a professional, reliable company is a godsend. Flat has loads of funny angles, corners and nooks and not an easy job to fit. The guys were great and work was top notch. They worked quickly and totally cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely be using them again. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

EVERYTHING WENT EXACTLY TO PLAN
Raymond visited our home several times to measure and discuss our exact specifications.
He was very patient and offered advice to us during this time.
He and his team were able to fit two new composite doors, build a new back step using non slip decking, and repair our leaky garage roof. This only took two days so disruption was minimal.
It was all finished on time to a high standard and we are delighted with both the look and function of all aspects of Mirren Property's work. We will continue to seek Mirren Property Services Ltd for future home improvements and highly recommend anyone else to give them a call should you required any repairs / maintenance / improvements to your home.

Raymond and Garry have done work in our home regularly over the last 6 years. From sorting out our loft conversion, fitting our outdoor decking to fitting new bathroom units and fixings.

We’ve asked Mirren to carry out various projects over the last 10 years. We are fully confident in their ability to get a quality job done well and provide good value for money. The latest work was complex and difficult but it was finished on time and to our satisfaction.

I needed cupboard doors switched over to accommodate an integrated washing machine. Quote was great, less than we expected . Work completed with no issues and he was even able to fix our fridge door at no extra cost.

All correspondence done through the website and / quote / invoicing done through email.

Used Mirren Property Services for new replacement windows. Fast and reliable service. Skilled tradesmen in Raymond and Gary, and neat and tidy work leaving no mess to be cleaned up. Excellent all round installation and very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We contacted Raymond at Mirren Property Services after another joiner left us with unfinished work of a poor and frankly unsafe standard. They were fantastic to say the least! Not only was the work done and completed in a timely manner, we were delighted with the completed work and quality of the finish. He was incredibly professional and kept us up to date throughout. I needed a replacement worktop after a previous company botched the kitchen installation. Always more difficult to fix a mess than doing it the correct way from scratch!! i also needed doors fitted after getting carpets installed. The guys were very good, cleaned up after they finished, and the finished work was excellent.

We used Mirren Property Services to install a shower and sort some water pressure issues. They visited within a few days of first contact at the agreed time to price the job, provided the quote a few days later as promised, then visited to do the job within a couple of days of being appointed.
Job was completed quickly and with minimum of mess. Water pressure fixed and new shower working perfectly.

Raymond and Garry replaced 2 leaking shower trays for us. Very pleased with process from start to finish. Good price, good communication and good quality finish. Will use again and will definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service throughout. We had new worktops and kitchen sink installed. Workmanship was superb and the kitchen was left so clean it was hard to believe that workmen had been there. Would thoroughly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again

We had a new porch and a new back door and a few odd jobs completed by Mirren property services, the work was done in 3 days and completed to an excellent finish. This is the second job Raymond and the team have done for us and it certainly won’t be the last. Amazing service from start to finish.

Resealing a balcony door to prevent water ingress. Job completed efficiently and to a high standard. Will definitely use again for future work.
