Above and beyond yet again with Mirren- we enquired about replacing handles on Tuesday, work scoped on Wednesday and finished first thing Thursday- ahead of time, quality work and on budget.

Radiator replacement, plastering and kitchen splash backs. Arrived when they said worked continuously throughout the day. Kept the area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Gave and discussed options with technical advice. We’re not in a hurry to leave until They had fully tested the systems and I was happy with everything.

Mirren Property recently renovated my kitchen and utility room which probably hadn't had any substantial work done in the last 20+ years and honestly just WOW. The transformation is absolutely amazing.

It is my first experience of having major work done in my house and thanks to Raymond it has been a stress free process from the initial conversation to seeing my beautiful new kitchen.

I would highly recommend Raymond and Gary to anyone looking to have work done on their property. They are consummate professionals, hard working, friendly and totally engaging. I was kept advised regularly during the course of the works on how things were going and what was happening. They are so calm and dealt with any changes needed to the plans or any wee niggles that came along as the work progressed and as the old kitchen stripped out. They left my house tidy every night and arranged for old white goods to be uplifted as soon as they could and arranged a skip to dispose of rubbish/debris. The guys also laid floor and did tiling which made the process less of a hassle as I didn't need to worry about organising these jobs around their plan of work.

It is obvious that customers are at the heart of Mirren Property and I will definitely use then again the in future.

Used Mirren Property Services to hang 6 internal doors. Tricky job as old house wonky door frames. MPS measured up then advised on changes required to selected doors to match the measurements. Collected doors from suppliers, fitted and took away old doors. Great comms throughout process, and job was done well and efficiently. Lovely guys too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Exterior window maintenance and replacement worktops and sink. Raymond and the team did a professional look at what needed done, provided a reasonable quote within a week and scheduled dates for the work to be done well in advance. A thoroughly professional approach, whilst also friendly and customer focussed. Would recommend and use again.

30 year old conservatory prepared for summer ensuring all water tight, unneeded lights and fan removed and door adjusted to seal properly. Replacement of outside taps also done. All work well done and absolutely no mess left behind. Totally satisfied as in the past.

We cannot recommend Mirren highly enough. The men were professional and very helpful. There was an unexpected problem which was dealt with very well. Attention to detail was meticulous. The house was immaculately tidy when they left. We are delighted with the end product.

Joinery work: replacing an external door and fitting two cupboards. The quality of the work is excellent, the price was more than reasonable, they came at the times they promised working non stop and leaving the place spotless.
