INSTALLATION: A great team with an enthusiastic attitude despite the ambient conditions. Very considerate to internal and external areas, and always happy to explain what they were doing and what their schedule was. Also happy to look for solutions to cabling runs that were acceptable to me, rather than simply progressing what might be easiest to them. Also happy to confirm as-left status in respect to closures, insulation etc.
FOLLOW UP: A document pack delivered quickly, that was complete and has each document numbered for easy identification and assurance.

I have just had a solar battery & hybrid inverter system installed by S&P to augment the solar panels they installed 11 years ago. Ewan’s patience & guidance have been extremely helpful. The office staff are unfailingly polite and knowledgeable. The installer was efficient, tidy and pleasant - a good ambassador for the company. The whole process was made as straightforward as possible, whilst ensuring speedy installation.
It is reassuring to know that support is ongoing if needed. I made the right decision in using S&P again.

We had a 16 panel solar array and batteries installed and were extremely happy with the whole process. From our first contact it was all explained to us, any questions answered and advice given and we were kept up to date re the installation dates etc. On the day of installation the guys who came were hard working and friendly, keeping us informed of what they were doing at each stage. They were very tidy workers and all work was completed in one day. We were recommended to use this company by a friend and were not disappointed and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having any work done. You can’t beat using a local, honest, independent company. Bring on the sunshine!

Our shower broke down in the busy run up to Christmas and during a very cold spell. We contacted Ronnie and he replied the same day. Although he was extremely busy with jobs and call outs he went out of his way to help us. He supplied and fitted a new shower in the week before Christmas. Owning an old property as we do the job was not a straightforward one but was carried out capably and efficiently by Ronnie and his colleague Steve with no mess. We are very happy with our new shower and we plan for Ronnie and his team to come back and fit a new bathroom for us this year.

Very good to work with. They did a tidy job at a reasonable price. Communication was very good and they turned up when they said they would. All-in-all I am very happy to recommend Pentland Fires.
