We had to get our telephone line re connected after having our kitchen/living room renovated - John did an excellent job installing new wiring and re connecting phone line he also tidied up all the old wiring, all the work carried out was very neat and he kept us informed when he was on his way to do the work, we are very pleased with the work John did and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We used First City Communications after we moved in to our new house. We had no idea what all the wiring was for and the previous owners hadn’t left any details. John came in and organised everything from the Wi-Fi to the cctv. It’s all tidy and labelled so we know what’s what. John was very reliable and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

He listened to us and what we wanted and suggested possibilities. He was friendly, efficient and cleared up after himself.
We are very satisfied with the result.

John fitted a new WI-FI system to our house . He is so experienced his advice & subsequent work went smoothly without a hitch or disturbance in the house. His follow up service is excellent . We would highly recommend this company.

A Wifi system was set up within our large home to provide coverage in all areas. Work was carried out efficiently and professionally. If we have any problems with the system (due to power surges or wear and tear) they are fixed promptly. John has also carried out a number of smaller jobs for us - fixing phone lines, tidying cables etc. We are very happy with his work and would not use anyone else.
