My downpipe fell off during a storm and the team were out really quick and had a brand new downpipe fitted and gutters cleaned. Really happy with the results and would highly recommend. Excellent service

We recently had our new boiler fitted by Premier Gas Solutions and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. I've tried quite a few roofing companies over the years and this time went for Burnside, thanks to their reputation and a competitive quote. They carried out major repairs just before storm Amy hit and I was worried, given the age of my roof and past issues, that I might be back to square one afterwards. The only damage I had was one slate moving slightly (which they were happy to return and fix!), so it does look like their advice and repair work has been better than some I have had in the past.

Premier Gas attended our property in Bearsden and fitted a new boiler for us. They carried out a site survey first and then a few days later carried out the installation. David, Steve and Adam at Premier were extremely professional and knowledgeable, ensuring every step of the way that the job was carried out meticulously to make sure we as customers were pleased with the service. My wife and I have nothing but high praise for this company. They kept us informed throughout and gave us best advice. We had researched extensively on what boiler we needed before Premier carried out the work and we feel they very much fulfilled our expectations on what good customer service should be. Colin and his team carried out comprehensive repairs on our roof, including general slate repair, lead valley replacement, lead flashing on a weathered stone parapet, chimney removal and pvc roofline work on our gable. His men were thorough, hard working and left the site clean and tidy each day. We are very pleased with their work and will certainly use them again.
