We recently used Colin and his team for repairs to our slate roof following storm damage. They were very responsive, came out to assess damage promptly and provided a detailed quote including pictures from our roof to show the work required. The repairs were carried out within a couple of days of accepting the quote. A very straight forward and stress free process. Can thouroughly recommend.

After the recent storm, we had a number of ridge tiles missing/ broken and sitting dangerously close to the edge of the roof, rain water was starting to come in. Colin from Burnside Roofing put my mind at ease from the moment I spoke with him and he and his team were out attending to our roof within 1 day and the next day it was fixed. I truly cannot fault the service, attention, repair nor the cost which was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Burnside Roofing, Colin and his team.

Having been a customer a few years ago, I contacted Colin when my roof was damaged in the recent storm. Lost a ridge tile off the roof during storm Eowyn. Contacted Burnside Roofing 9.30a.m they came back with a quote the same evening I accepted the quote and the job was completed the next day. The job was completed 4 days after the storm which is impressive considering all roofers will be busy at this time. The work was completed with no mess no noise and by two really nice workmen who explained what they were going to do. I would definitely use Burnside Roofing again if required.

Rotten decorative timbers removed from the eaves. Burnside came within a few days of contacting them and were efficient, tidy and pleasant.

First class service from Colin and the lads, 2 x chimney stacks taken down and slated over, new vented ridges installed and some other repair works to Dormer roofs, guttering/down pipe renewed other bits and bobs to give roof a clean bill of health.

In spite of poor rainy weather work was done quickly when possible with minimal fuss and disturbance. A tidy job and personnel were pleasant to have around with no music! Would definitely use again.

The valley on our roof had been leaking, and although had previously been repaired by another roofer, had continued to leak on and off for some time. It then became quite apparent that the whole roof would need replaced along with the valley. We had had cheaper quotes from other roofers, however we chose to use Burnside Roofing as Colin had explained everything thoroughly on what the job would entail, options for materials and how they differ etc. This gave us confidence in the work that would be done. Colin kept me informed about when work would start, when materials, skip and scaffolding would be arriving and timeframes for work completion. Colin and his team were up against it, wet weather, our odd shaped house, and the property location being somewhat of a challenge, but they persevered and have completed the job to an incredibly high standard. The lads on Colin's team are polite, hardworking and made sure to leave my garden tidy each evening before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Burnside Roofing.

Colin and his team replaced roofline/gutters/downpipes and did a fantastic job. Their level of clear up during and after was also amazing. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I trusted the overwhelming positive reviews for Burnside roofing and I am so glad I did. It reinforces my opinion that price is not the only thing that should drive a decision. I have since recommended them to family and would not hesitate to recommend further.

Burnside roofing replaced a row of damaged ridge tiles on our property. A quote was agreed without any difficulty. The roofers who came to carry out the repair were polite, tidy and professional; a credit to the company. The end result is really neat and we will be keen to ask Burnside roofing to quote for us again in the future.
