The company, headed by Colin, are professional from the outset, starting with Colin’s assessment of the work to be done. The guys are prompt, friendly and graft away from the word go. Multiple Roof and Chimney Repairs

Roofline work and lead replacement on chimneys. It's a pleasure doing business with Colin and his guys; they turn up when they say they will, they leave the place clean and tidy, and as far as I can tell the work is to an excellent standard. Most importantly their customer communication is very good, you are always kept informed of what's happening or about to happen. A thoroughly professional outfit, recommended.

Storm Eowyn in January caused considerable damage to our roof. Colin and his team came out promptly the following day to effect a temporary repair and they also came back out to make it secure again following further rain and winds over the next 2/3 weeks. We were impressed by the quality of the work and by the reassuring conversations we had with Colin: so much so that we used Burnside to effect the permanent repairs to our house following negotiations with our insurance company. The final product appears to be excellent and we have asked him to give us a quote to upgrade our other flat roofs in the future. We would strongly recommend Colin to anyone looking for a first-class roofing job at an affordable price.

We had a skylight replaced and whole new ridge fitted to our roof after the storm in January.
Communication was excellent as we were out of the country at the time and photographs were sent after roof survey to show damage and offer different options for repair.
Work was scheduled in and was recently carried out to a high standard the two lads on the job were excellent, they answered all questions we asked and did a really job. All rubbish ie old ridge tiles, cement and skylight were removed and disposed of and we now have a nice maintenance free ridge.
I’ve used this Company before and would have no hesitation using them in the future or recommending them to others.

We recently used Colin and his team for repairs to our slate roof following storm damage. They were very responsive, came out to assess damage promptly and provided a detailed quote including pictures from our roof to show the work required. The repairs were carried out within a couple of days of accepting the quote. A very straight forward and stress free process. Can thouroughly recommend.

After the recent storm, we had a number of ridge tiles missing/ broken and sitting dangerously close to the edge of the roof, rain water was starting to come in. Lost a ridge tile off the roof during storm Eowyn. Contacted Burnside Roofing 9.30a.m they came back with a quote the same evening I accepted the quote and the job was completed the next day. The job was completed 4 days after the storm which is impressive considering all roofers will be busy at this time. The work was completed with no mess no noise and by two really nice workmen who explained what they were going to do. I would definitely use Burnside Roofing again if required.

Rotten decorative timbers removed from the eaves. Burnside came within a few days of contacting them and were efficient, tidy and pleasant.

First class service from Colin and the lads, 2 x chimney stacks taken down and slated over, new vented ridges installed and some other repair works to Dormer roofs, guttering/down pipe renewed other bits and bobs to give roof a clean bill of health.
