Review a trader

Following storm damage we had a large section of our fencing fall down. The remaining section which was even longer was also compromised due to rotting stabs. The initial quote we asked for was to just replace the missing section only and to ‘shore up’ the remainder with extra stabs. RGM were round promptly to quote when they said they would be, even though they were extremely busy due to the storm.
The office got in touch soon afterwards to offer us a quote to replace the whole fence; which after some consideration given the size of the job (and price of wood!) seemed fair.
They accommodated our dates as we had secured the garden with temporary fencing for our dogs. We wished to have the work completed whilst we were on holidays so as not to overly stress our anxious dogs.
The work was completed to a very high standard; even though placing the posts turned out to be much more difficult than was anticipated due to broken slabs/ masonry and tree stumps in the border. Seemingly, it was the worst hole digs they’ve ever had, sorry about that!
However, we are absolutely delighted with the finished result and our new fence and gates look fantastic. No doubt due to where our garden borders on busy Maybole Road, Ayr we will have lots of people enquiring who erected it for us. Thanks RGM we will definitely recommend you!

Just had a full replacement of an old slate roof on our bungalow in Seafield.In addition an asbestos corrugated garage roof was replaced with a flat roof.Had several roofing companies quote for the work and decided to appoint Henry Harvey Roofing after being impressed with the business owners assessment of what work was needed to repair or replace the roof.A detailed quote of the work required was received and an estimate of the timescales to complete.The roofers were all professional tradesmen who carried out the work to a high standard.Both my neighbours were also impressed with the roofers who conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. They attended punctually each day and kept me up to date daily of what had been achieved before they left.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any roofing work needed.

Just had all windows and patio doors replaced. Absolutely amazing quality and standard of work. Guys were fast and friendly and cleaned and hoovered after they were finished. I would never use anyone else ever again and recommend them to everyone.
