We are very pleased with the work done by Prestwick Slaters and Plasterers. They arrived on time, worked hard when they wee there and kept us up dated about the progress of the work. When finished they cleared all rubbish from the garden. They were helpful.

I’ve used Radbury on more than one occasion and have been very happy recommending them to others based on their performance, quality and after sales service.

Following storm Eowyn we had a gate and a fence down leaving the garden unsecured, we ahve a dog, and also took the oppertunity to replace and old section of internal fence and gate.

RGM communication and speed of service was great. I would definatley use them again.

We obtained quotes from other companies for a conservatory refurbishment, but when Duncan the Installation Manager at Radbury came out to discuss our options I knew then that they were getting the job.  His experience in the trade and his calm and reassuring way with people instilled confidence from the start.  This continued throughout the job, with him visiting at various stages. Gemma was helpful during the quotation stage and happily requoted when we requested additional work.  Ryan and Jordan were the team that undertook the work and they are absolutely first class fitters and genuine nice guys.  Nothing was too much trouble for them and they gave us options on various small detail finishes that we hadn't even considered.  They worked together brilliantly as a team and were clearly very experienced in all aspects of glazing and construction.  They took real pride in their work and explained each part of the process making sure that this customer was happy.  He was very happy.  I've no hesitation in recommending Radbury, particularly the team that completed our installation, to anyone seeking a reliable company in Ayrshire for conservatory refurbishment or replacement.  The quality of work and attention to detail is excellent.

A lot of fencing replaced very quickly after damage from Storm Eowyn. Prompt service and the team worked a long day to complete a job that was perhaps tougher than expected.

We had a blocked drain outside and the bath water was shooting up the kitchen sink and the patio slabs were sinking because the drain was blocked . Jamie came out to assess and quite rightly said he needed to dig down to the drain and he has done this, removed the blockage and raised the drain level with the patio .
He did a fantastic job , putting the paving slabs back and cleaning them all.
He was professional , punctual, quoted a very reasonable price before he started the work… I wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

A replacement conservatory is no small consideration.
 
This was particularly true for our Golf Club, when its extensive sea facing Clubhouse conservatory, that had served its members well for 30 years, reached the end of its lifespan. Following a tender process, Caledonian Windows and Conservatories Ltd were selected as our preferred contractor for the replacement, on the basis of their technical understanding, accomplished track record and overall value for money. The Club is delighted that they were appointed.
 
Throughout the entire process, from consultancy to installation, Caledonian delivered. Their installation crew were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating.  Storm Eowyn decided to hit the Ayrshire coastline during the works but, despite the extremely exposed site and incomplete installation, everything passed this most extreme of tests.
 
We now have, not only a new conservatory, but one that exploits all the amazing vistas the Clubhouse is fortunate enough to enjoy. Caledonian Windows have been magnificent from day one and I am confident our new Clubhouse asset will serve its members beautifully for many years to come. We are deeply appreciative of Caledonian Windows and Conservatories Ltd for their outstanding professionalism and efforts and would highly recommend them for this type of work.
