Review a trader

Chris replaced a base rail on a wooden balastrade for me. The work was performed to a high standard and I was really pleased with the end product. The existing base rail had a slight design to it which Chris mirrored for the replacement and it looks really good. He takes time to explain to you what he is doing, answer questions, is flexible about coming at a time which is good for you and the cost is reasonable.
Since then Chris has helped me with a couple of much smaller things, including one at short notice. I appreciate he is really busy yet made time to help me. I feel he has a trusted, reliable and kind approach to the way he does business. I recently moved back to the area and this has been greatly valued.

I contacted the company as was experiencing issues with blocked toilet plus a separate, overflowing drain at front of house. Got a quick response from Chris, and appointment was set to address blocked toilet, however Chris advised us to contact Scottish Water about drain as photos suggested drain was a main point of shared usage between us and other houses. Appreciated that advice, as Chris could have kept quiet and had company do clearance, thus charging us much more for work!
Jamie attended today and sorted blocked toilet issue. He was polite and efficient, and the problem was sorted in under two hours. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost as was concerned we would have to pay a few hundred £s to get things resolved.
I'd definitely use these again.

Fitters came at the allocated time, job done within 5 hours, all three windows in perfect and no mess left behind, would highly recommend!

I can't thank Chris and Jamie enough for their work. Such a nice father and son business. What should have been an easy pressure unblock became a big job as they discovered underground pipe was not connected to mains. They came back next day on a Saturday with all they needed to resolve the situation without any fuss and worked like trojans. Fixed a few other small issues when here also. Nothing was a bother. Really appreciated their efforts and a couple of top blokes. Thanks guys and can't recommend you highly enough.

All windows, doors, and French doors replaced. Work was done to a superb standard by Ryan and Jordan, full house completed in under 3 days, fully cleaning up after each installation. A great experience from Radbury, beginning with Gemma for the quotation, Duncan at survey, and Ryan and Jordan for a superb installation. From quote to completion, everyone was exceptionally helpful.

Fantastic product and installation process was very quick and professional. I did have to wait quite a few weeks longer than planned for the delivery/instllation but it was worth the wait.

Very quick response, courteous and helpful, ensuring I was happy with order, able to see examples in showroom, good quality. Organised quick dates to suit. Two windows and a door fitted in a short day. When one unit of a window was accidentally cracked during installation, they were able to order replacement and to fit within a fortnight.
Would use this company again, very professional, would recommend.

Contacted Henry Harvey to provide an estimate to repair the roof. We were very happy with the quote and were happy to get work done by them. They were quick in coming to complete the work after we accepted their quote.
