Good job done happy with the work

Two top opening windows gradually refused to close without a struggle. Despite being such a small job, RMC happily agreed to fix the problem. This was done as soon they received the new hinges. Very pleased with the service and the cost.

We just had six conservatory windows replaced (4 large, 2 small). We have used the company several times before, once during covid after the end of the first lockdown. It’s great when you have a company you can rely on. The staff are lovely from the receptionist, to the measuring up person and fitter. I have no hesitation in recommending them and believe me I’m difficult to please.

I used RMC to replace 2 sealed units in my conservatory , which were streaming with condensation . From my initial enquiry to the finished installation , every step of the way went like clockwork . Customer service was excellent , installation was excellent , and the work was done quickly and efficiently . The installer arrived before time , and left no mess when he was finished .
I would , in all honesty , have no hesitation in using this Company again . Would recommend to anyone looking for good , honest , service .

Just had all windows and patio doors replaced. Absolutely amazing quality and standard of work. Guys were fast and friendly and cleaned and hoovered after they were finished. I would never use anyone else ever again and recommend them to everyone.

I had two double glazed units replaced in my lounge. This involved transfers at the top of the units to complement those at the other two units.
RMC were meticulous in ensuring the transfers matched.

Very quick response, courteous and helpful, ensuring I was happy with order, able to see examples in showroom, good quality. Organised quick dates to suit. Two windows and a door fitted in a short day. When one unit of a window was accidentally cracked during installation, they were able to order replacement and to fit within a fortnight.

The minute they arrived they put down covering on the carpets, brought in the hoover and laid sheeting on the outside area for their materials to be put onto. Everything was cleared up each night when they were finished working and renewed in the next morning before starting.
Can't recommend RMC enough. From walking into the showroom and made welcome, to the first visit to measure up, asked what we wanted (not what they were pushing like some places!!), to advising how long it would take for the order to be ready and give dates for the job to be done and completed - everything went as expected.

Door was sticking when opening & closing hadn''t been right since installation by joiner a few years ago. RMC came in and it was fixed literally within 5 minutes. Repair was completed efficiently and quickly would highly in recommend RMC for carrying out installation or repairs. Service first class.
