Review a trader

This is the second time Jamieson Joiners has carried out work for us and we do not think it will be the last. The work has been carried out to a high standard, they are very reliable, give good advice and what we consider to be at a reasonable cost. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

A job completed by a pleasant, polite, 3 man team who worked well together and did the job required without any messing around. I have already requested the company for a job later in the year.

Alex's team removed some large Rhododendrons from a wooded residential property. They did this mostly using chainsaws and a winch as our aim was to remove as much of the roots as possible without damaging the surrounding trees. They then chipped the brash and put it back onsite to cover the bare soil. They also planted a few saplings for us to fill in some of the larger gaps.

They were professional and courteous. They are a skilled team. We were nervous that the area would look very disturbed after the works but actually it looked very natural and tidy.

Alex attended a couple of months ago and surveyed the work required to be done, which was cut back trees etc from phone cables in my garden. he sent a quote which I thought was very reasonable and arranged a date to attend in July. The guys arrived on a really hot Friday and did all the cutting back in a couple of hours. All the cuttings were removed and the garden left tidy.

From the initial contact through to the completion of work, Forres Tree Services were polite and professional. Alex was thrre when he said he would be to see the scope of work and was very informative throughout. All work carried out was in close proximity to the house and neighbouring garages. Some trees removed completely and some with 50% reduction. All works were carried out safely and professionally by Alex and his team. No mess or damage in gardens and despite the very hot spell of weather, the team worked very efficiently. Would not hesitate to use Forres Tree Services again and would highly recommend them.
