We had extensive felling, chipping, logging, clearing, and stump grinding to a large area of woodland over four days. From first contact Epic's customer service was exceptional. The work was quickly booked in and completed. Epic brought the right equipment and the right number of people to get the job done. They worked extremely hard to complete the work. On completion the grounds were left clear and very tidy.

The tree has been a big problem and worry for me over a few years. Epic Tree Care were very efficient and friendly dealing with it.

We had a tall tree root lifted during the storm but not enough to topple it. Precarious and too awkward for us to deal with so called in Epic Tree Care. They responded quickly, were professional and communicative throughout and took great care of our property whilst safely felling the tree. Left it all neat and tidy. I had a very big old tree dangerously hanging over my house and multiple other trees too close to my property that needed to be cut down and removed. Epic Tree Care team came as scheduled and managed the whole thing from start finish in a very skilled and professional manner. The team are very friendly and experts at what they do. They cleaned up as soon as they finished each tree and left my property extremely clean of all branches and debris. Very pleased and will recommend without hesitation.

Two large evergreen shrubs removed from my back garden.
The task was carried out quickly and efficiently by two experienced tradesmen. All detritus removed and the garden left neat and tidy.
Both men were polite and friendly and made sure of my wishes before starting and were communicative throughout.
I have used FTS before and they are my first port of call for tree or hedging work.
Thoroughly professional, on date and time and very easy to deal with.
