We’ve used Chris and his team for several building jobs at our new property as well as had him visit to provide us advice on how to tackle jobs ourselves. Chris and his team are incredibly professional in their approach, the standard of work is second to none and very good value for money. We would highly recommend the services provided.

Groundwork (drainage, foundation, base etc.) and block work/finish for a single-story extension. Knock-through and internal ground work to support other renovations.

Kris from Coully's Construction attended the site several times ahead of work commencing, communicating his plan of works and proposed solutions to access problems.

Kris and his team worked at pace in undertaking these works to ensure other scheduled trades weren't adversely impacted. He was proactive in ensuring we were kept up to date with progress and next steps. He responded timeously to queries whilst off site.

Kris is clearly an experienced builder, able to impart his knowledge on his team who also perform to a high standard. He did not appear to rush his work and would defer certain tasks for the right reasons so as not to compromise quality of work (due to weather, temperature etc.). Any such occasion was always clearly communicated.

Throughout, Kris was on site most days to support his team and was overheard numerous times giving explanation and mentoring to his junior apprentice.

Costs were true to quotation provided with little adjustment.

Ive had Coullys Construction install a stove and replace a garden wall. Kris and his team made a great job of both. Good reliability, professionalism and expertise. Good communication throughout and value for money. Would use them again.

We had a log burner installed in November 2023. Coully was the best price in the area and really friendly and approachable. The work was carried out to an incredibly high standard and the workers were all very professional. Extremely happy with all aspects of the project from start to finish. Would highly recommend. They were in and out really quickly and they were extremely careful with our belongings and furniture. Left the place spotless.

I had a wall partially removed and steel beam put in. The lads from Coullys were very professional, extremely pleasant and the job was done very quickly. Communication was top class, they arrived when they said and cleared up after completion.

Remove old brick garage and build a new one, all building work completed from start to finish was a high standard and the builders took pride in there day to day work, all aspects of work taken on with no hesitation, from the foundation to drainage to the full build, i would use coullys construction again in the future.
