We had a survey carried out on a property we had offered on subject to survey. Getting it organised was straightforward and we were advised the survey would be sent to us in 3-5 working days after the surveyor's visit. After waiting 5 working days, it took 2 chase up emails, 2 chase up calls and in total it was 9 working days before we received the results of the survey.

Penetrative damp fixed quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

We had some treatment for wet rot and the team at Wise were incredibly efficient and tidy. They phoned to let us know there had been a cancellation, knowing we were eager to get the work done, arranging everything for us the very next day. The team had no issues in responding to any questions we had and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Survey requested for information and remedial action with reference to damp issue being encountered.
Surveyor arrived early,, produced identification immediately.
Went over area where damp present, and checked rest of area to confirm no further damp spots.
Upon questioning, surveyor explained use, function and capabilities of equipment used.
In addition, explained how incorrect high readings could be concocted. This was requested by me due to a previous poor experience, with another “survey”
Andy was thorough and explained all I asked very well.
I marked the value at 3 due to price, which for a 15 to 20 minute survey , I believe was expensive, albeit, gave me peace of mind, after the above mentioned experience.

Steven the surveyor was so helpful and took the time to answer my many questions! Lisa at head office was equally helpful and always very quick to respond to emails etc. And, the guys on site carrying out the work were the tidiest workman we have ever dealt with. The very nature of the work being carried out was messy but, every evening before leaving site they tidied everything up behind them. We have had many workman from different firms on site over the past few months and none have compared to WISE.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
