The door spring on our dishwasher failed and whilst it was still usable, the door would spring open very quickly.
Contacted White Eagle and left a message which was answered within half an hour.
The engineer (Tomak) agreed a date and time and turned up promptly. He analysed the fault and identified the broken part. There was an additional problem with a damaged bracket the part should attach to. Tomak took it upon himself to engineer a solution for this issue. A date was agreed for his return visit. Again he was very punctual and effected a repair within 40 minutes of arrival. The door now functions as intended.
Tomak is polite, punctual and made sure to work within current pandemic guidelines at all times.
No hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company based on our experience with Tomak and the office. They are added to our own 'trusted trader' contacts.

We had the heating element on our oven replaced. The service provided by White Eagle Repair was friendly, efficient and to a high standard. We were informed of the cost of the repair before it was carried out and given the option to proceed. The company was transparent about the cost and from our research the price was competitive. Thoroughly recommend this company for domestic appliance repairs.

They diagnosed the problem my appliance was having and found out it is fixable without an actual repair. As advertised, diagnostics and quotations are free, so they refused taking any money even as a tip.

Dishwasher repair. Very satisfied. White Eagle Repair came promptly, diagnosed the fault, sourced and ordered the new part (controller board) and finally returned to fit it. All very efficient. Would strongly recommend and be happy to use again.

Despite several attempts to clean a mouldy washing machine seal, I wasn’t seeing much improvement and decided to get some quotes to replace the seal. White Eagle Repair were quick to respond to emails, quoted a competitive price and arranged the job within a couple of days. Marek did a great job and the washing machine is now as good as new! Would highly recommend White Eagle and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Tomek replaced a heating element on a cooker for us. From the moment we contacted this company they were brilliant. They kept us informed all the way along about the ordering of the part and their timings for undertaking the job. They came exactly when they said they would and did a really neat and quick job. Their pricing was really honest and there were no hidden extras. Given that one Edinburgh company had quoted us three times as much as White Eagle Repair, I think you can see they don't try and make you pay for more than the work, parts VAT. Tomek was highly covid safe as well and very reassuring. We will certainly recommend them and cannot recommend them highly enough to you.

Our fridge was freezing, literally, to the point of exploding cans of coke. Marek came out and identified the problem immediately as being the fan in the freezer below. Replacement fan ordered and fitted within a week of the initial call out. Great service! Would absolutely use them again.

Towel rail fitted, in bathroom. Engineer had to return, as he needed to source some missing parts. This he did, and spent about 90 minutes fitting - and adjusting - the rail. Very good job done; good communications.

My washing machine stopped working after producing a bang and a burning smell. I asked White Eagle Repair to see if they could repair it. They came, as agreed, two days later, and decided the motor was burnt out and needed replacing. They returned with a spare motor a week later (having checked that I was willing to pay for it), but discovered that it still didn't work as the the main control board was damaged. As this would be very expensive, they recommended buying a new washing machine. So after two visits and one spare motor, they honoured their guarantee -- no fix, no fee.
I was very impressed with their service, and would have no hestitation in recommending them.
