Lukasz arrived at the time as arranged. He fixed our dishwasher and showed me a photo on his mobile of what had caused the problem. He was extremely courteous and explained fully the terms of the warranty I now have on the machine.
I have used this company on several occasions and they have always done a good job. Hence I would definitely recommend them.

The fan motor was replaced in my oven. Lucasz was able to arrive earlier than the time initially agreed - excellent. Work was carried out quietly and efficiently. Lucasz was very polite, helpful and tidy.
(A previous company had been called out and had claimed they were unable to move the cooker and then said the part they had brought was the wrong part, after further investigation, despite being provided with the model number, and that they could not source it from their supplier). White Eagle managed to turn up with the correct part, move the cooker and complete the task.
Very happy with them and would use them again.

On Tuesday 22nd October mateusz repaired my washing machine.
He was extremely pleasant and courteous,very professional.
In all my dealings with the company from the initial phonecall and booking,I have been so impressed and will be using them again and have already recommended them to friends.
It was great to receive the texts and confirmation emails.
The journey tracker was very clever and clear.

I paid this company to replace and fit a washing machine. The fitter managed to blow the socket of my dishwasher whilst installing the machine. I informed him as soon as he left and he returned and told me to buy a new socket and he would fit it. I had to wait a week without a working dishwasher. After struggling to contact the company they eventually returned to repair the socket but insisted I pay for the repair and said the fact the socket blew was a complete coincidence.

Engineer Identified faulty part, sourced replacement, checked happy with price, ordered, rescheduled when convenient to fit, kept me informed of time window, heads up text ahead of arrival, prompt replacement “any problem let us know”

I’ve just bought and needed to replace the extractor hood and washing machine. The team at White Eagle was really prompt in their reply, and installed the new appliances within two days of my request. They offered me a good price on the washing machine and were very responsive with the questions I had.
I am really impressed with the service and will definitely go to White Eagle if I have any other small jobs in the house!!

Our microwave stopped working and we contacted White Eagle Repair, having used them before for appliance repairs. A friendly engineer came out and spent some time testing and examining the microwave before fitting a new microswitch, which fixed the problem at low cost. We were impressed by his diligence in finding a solution, since we were resigned to probably having to buy a new microwave, but that was not necessary. We would definitely recommend White Eagle Repair and use them again.

It was 9 months ago I last used White Eagle Repair, and that wasn't the first time, but I was recommending them to a friend today when I realised I hadn't left a review. I cannot recommend them highly enough - quick to respond, came at the agreed time, fixed the problem with my hob and fitted a new washing machine. All at a good value, fixed price. Excellent service.
