Prompt, helpful and friendly service from Graeme, and Sylvia on the phone. Graeme reliably turned up on schedule and fitted in visits at short notice to deal with a rat infestation. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and am happy to recommend Wee Critters.

I called Wee Critters regarding a wasps' nest which we had just discovered in our roof. They were there within a couple of hours and dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently.

Have used Wee Critters twice now, once last year and once this. So far they've been prompt, polite, and efficient at what they do so nothing to complain about.

Andy was professional and knowledgeable explaining clearly what was required before carrying out any work. He gave great advice in relation to current pest issues as well as preventative measures that we should take to ensure a pest free home! We would highly recommended the services of Wee Critters.

Wee Critters dealt with a wasp nest which was under the roof of my house. They came round the same day that I called and were very organised and reliable. Graeme came out very quickly and dealt with the problem, very professional friendly and easy to speak to also gave great helpful advice. Amazing service! Very fast at sorting us out and helping to make us less worried about the situation (fleas). At first we were considering taking care of it ourselves but we called up for a quote and Sylvia whom we spoke to was so informative, helpful and friendly that we decided to book straight away. That was the best decision we could have made!

By the next day we had an appointment for them to come around and from the moment they arrived we knew it was the best thing we could have done. Andy answered every and all of our questions with so much detail all whilst keeping everything in layman's terms. The treatment of the house did not take long and when it was over we immediately felt relief. It was the first time we had felt happy staying in our home since the infestation.
