We are a local family run pest control business based in Edinburgh and serving all areas of Edinburgh and selected areas of the Lothians.
Proprietors Graeme and Sylvia Hill, along with son Andy, take extreme pride in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, so much so that much of our business is gained through customer recommendation.
Graeme and Andy have over 35 years joint experience in the pest control industry and Sylvia is perfectly placed to offer advice and reassurance. We offer fixed costs with no hidden extras, and as continuity is important, you will see the same pest control technician at all times should follow up be required.

Very prompt and helpful reply on a Sunday at lunch time approximately 1 hour after I sent my email. Work was carried out to remove 1 wasp nest and treat another the following day. Would definitely recommend the company.

We had been informed that we had a wasp's nest in our attic so I contacted Wee Critters Pest Control Ltd. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price and arrived within a couple of hours. After he checked the attic it turned out that we had a honey bee nest which they are not allowed to destroy. He was extremely apologetic about the fact he couldn't do anything to help and gave me advice on who to contact to deal with the problem. I was really impressed with their service and if I ever get another pest problem I would definitely use this company again

By far the Pest control company in the Midlothian area. Andy from Wee critters was absolutely fantastic in getting rid of a serious mice problem, explaining us with patience the numerous ways of prevention against mice and rodents. Extremely punctual, professional and as a word of advice learnt from him, instead of spending a lot of money of inefficient traps it is much better to just simply call these guys and they will within a short period of time get rid of any pests you might have. 5 stars out of 5

Faultless from beginning to end. Call answered immediatly and Graeme was at property within 2 hours. Very quick service. I was very taken aback at the price (was 1/4 of what I had been expecting to pay). I would have absolutley no hesitation about recommending Wee Critters to anyone. Superb!

Graham came the day after I contacted the firm about a wasp nest in my former roof space. He checked out the problem, and did the work immediately. No fuss, no bother, except to the wasps. The cost was very reasonable, with a discount for seniors! I am very pleased with the service, and would certainly use Wee Critters again.

Squirrels had moved into part of the roof of our house and were wakening us up very early in the morning. I contacted Wee Critters and spoke to Sylvia who calmed me down and reassured me that they could help me. Graeme came the next day as planned and dealt with the problem very professionally and efficiently and we have had no problems since. Really great friendly service and very reasonably priced.

What a lovely business this is. Sylvia was very quick to respond by phone and email and got Graeme immediately on the case. 2 Wasp nests were removed in 15 minutes and got our problem sorted professionally and as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anybody who deals with wee critters!

Graeme at Wee Critters came out first thing the day after I called to treat for wasps even though he had been down in England the day before.
We were still having a problem with wasps in the days after the treatment and discovered another site where they were entering the loft. Graeme came out the same morning that I called about the second site even though it was a Saturday and didn't charge anything for treating the second site. Excellent prompt service and value for money. Would recommend.

Couldn't recommend more highly. Sent in an enquiry via the Wee Critters website for the removal of a wasp nest - 3 hours later the nest was gone. Can't fault any part of the service - fast, friendly, efficient and we are wasp-free. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I phoned on a Saturday morning and, as Graeme was already out working, we were lucky enough to get our wasps' nest treated within a couple of hours. My call was answered promptly and courteously, and Graeme was friendly, helpful and efficient. Would certainly recommend this local, family firm.
