Business Information
We are a local family run pest control business based in Edinburgh and serving all areas of Edinburgh and selected areas of the Lothians.
Proprietors Graeme and Sylvia Hill, along with son Andy, take extreme pride in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, so much so that much of our business is gained through customer recommendation.
Graeme and Andy have over 35 years joint experience in the pest control industry and Sylvia is perfectly placed to offer advice and reassurance. We offer fixed costs with no hidden extras, and as continuity is important, you will see the same pest control technician at all times should follow up be required.

Andy is professional, highly skilled and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and full of really valuable information and advice. He sorted my issues with hide beetle and I learned a lot about this but many other pests that can affect our living environment. Communication with Wee Critters was always prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend this very effective local and family owned business.

Discovered a Wasps nest in the roof of my property. Phoned Wee Critters and spike with Sylvia who was very attentive, informative and friendly. She gave me advice over the phone and quickly arranged a suitable date and time for Graeme to visit.
Graeme arrived early and was very professional and swift in dealing with the wasps nest. He also gave me advice on how to deal with other pests and how to prevent future wasps nests.

Sylvia was pleasure to deal with on the phone setting up the appointment and keeping me in the loop. I found Graeme very friendly, knowledgable and professional when he arrived as arranged and dealt promptly and effectively with my wasp problem.

Had infestation of mice. Called Wee Critters. Andy, from Wee Critters came out to investigate. Pinpointed where they were coming into the house and within three visits confirmed that the mice had gone! Wee Critters were extremely professional and reassuring and courteous at all times. We thought we had a wasps’ nest. Graham came out to check. Had a thorough look but couldn’t find anything explaining that I might have seen masonry bees instead. He didn’t charge us for the visit. He was knowledgable and friendly. When I originally booked I spoke to Sylvie, she was polite, knowledgable and did what she said she was going to do. The service we received from start to finish was first class. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Contacted Wee Critters regarding a wasps nest in our house. Sylvia gave advice and said Graeme could deal with problem same day. He arrived within 2 hours and problem solved.
I cannot recommend Wee Critters highly enough. They are polite, efficient, helpful and prices are very reasonable. All in all, I'm very grateful to have used them and would not hesitate to do so in future.

I phoned Wee Gritters with my problem on the basis of the reviews I read on this site. I was not disappointed. Sylvia explained everything about masonry bees and she made me feel really comfortable that I didn't need to/couldn't do anything about them. No money changed hands for this advice but I will definitely use Wee Gritters for pest control in the future and recommend them

Telephone advice, freely given: Thank you to Sylvia who talked me through possibilities to help eradicate a mouse problem. The firm currently is unable to carry out house visits do to COVID-19, but Sylvia was very generous with her time, advice and self-help suggestions. Was given very comprehensive and helpful guidance which was very reassuring and made me feel much more at ease with the situation.
Whilst I hope we are not in a situation to need to use Wee Critters Pest Control LTD (i.e. I hope we don't have mice!) I would have absolutely no hesitation to use them should the need arise.
