This is the third time I have used Bill for various roofing work and have always found his work to be of a high standard. No fuss just gets the job done!

Work undertaken to replace the harling on the front of the garage along with repairs to the roof. Further pointing to the house ridge tiles along with a downpipe bracket and brick pier repairs were also undertaken. I have used Bill's services for a number of years now and he is always very busy which is a good sign of a reliable and honest roofing/building professional.

Old attic window was removed, space filled in and tiled over. Bill and his colleague arrived when he said they would and the job completed efficiently, with all debris removed from site. Value for money, and I would certainly recommend W.A. Ritchie Roofing.

On this occasion Bill fitted zinc ridges to the hips and main roof ridge and repaired broken slates. He is always friendly, professional and reliable. we have used his services on a number of occasions and are always pleased with the quality of his work and feel confident that he is giving good advice, service and value for money. It is hard to find honest and reliable roofers which is why Bill is always so busy. We plan to use his services again in the near future to replace and insulate an area of flat roof.

My neighbours were having work done on their roof and I stopped to ask if there was any time for a couple of slates to be replaced on my roof whilst they were in the street. They were happy to help and fixed my roof in no time. Very reasonably priced too.

Work done July/August 2020. Bill Ritchie renewed my whole roof including facias, soffits and guttering. Very happy with the work progress and the quality of the finished work. Price very competitive. Bill lead wrapped the base for our large lounge / patio window and sealed the surrounding area with lead and waterproofing. The work was carried out promptly and professionally, and I have complete confidence in the end result. Would definitely recommend this company.

The contractor carried out a roof inspection and carried out the required work quickly and for a very reasonable price.I also had an emergency call out and he was with us within 4 hours and completed the repair again at a very reasonable price.

We had a problem with a leak beside a dormer window. MR. Ritchie came within 3 hours, fixed the problem promptly and the cost was very fair. My impression was of a good, honest tradesman.

Garage roof stripped off and new roof fitted. Immaculate job and all site cleared after work completed. First class job & would highly recommend to anyone looking for roofing work.
