We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the roofing trade and have dealt with every kind of roofing issue that we are ever likely to come across. From simple repairs to complete roof renewals, we have worked on everything from garden sheds to listed tenement buildings all over Scotland.

Lead flashing on extension had become unstable and needed stripping out and replacing and/or repaired. My request for quotation was acted upon promptly and Brian provided unbiased advice on the actual amount of work that would be required to fix the leakage/damp problems I was experiencing. Subsequent quote was better than another I had received for a similar scope of works. The office (Susan) was very easy to deal with. Works executed according to plan and scaffolding removed promptly. Excellent service.

Very happy with the work done by Tully Roofing to repair badly leaking gutters. The service was excellent - they came and provided a quote when they said they would and came and did the job when they said they would. The problem of the leaking gutters was fixed by them. I would recommend them and they will be receiving follow-on work with other family members.

From the initial visit to view the work and provide a quote, through to the work itself, Tully Roofing have been very professional and efficient. They were clear about what the work would involve (re-pointing of verge tiles) and everything was carried out on schedule and as planned. Will definitely use again for any future roofing work.

I was very happy with the work done. There was very heavy rain the day after my roof was fixed, so I could see that the problem was sorted with no more leaks. Brian and his wife Susan are both very friendly and efficient, and it was a good price too. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them. I'm so pleased to have a roofer I can trust and rely on when I need work done.

Tully Roofing replaced the roof on our garage (and old smiddy from the 1800s) and worked together with an associated carpenter as some of the structure of the roof needed fixing. They were professional, pleasant and worked hard and according to schedule. Quality of the work seems excellent.

Annual roof overhaul - not a small roof, and not simple either, some slates, some flat roof. Excellent service, friendly, prompt, enthusiastic and efficient. Cheaper than the firm that did the same job the previous year.

Work involved removal of a redundant and deteriorating chimney and installation of additional vents to loft to prevent condensation.
Straightforward to deal with and did exactly what was agreed. Tradesmen very friendly and helpful. All debris removed without a fuss. Scaffolding erected thoughtfully and safely with no damage to house or garden. Minimal debris falling into loft. Would happily use again.
