We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the roofing trade and have dealt with every kind of roofing issue that we are ever likely to come across. From simple repairs to complete roof renewals, we have worked on everything from garden sheds to listed tenement buildings all over Scotland.

Replacement of flat roof including external insulation and replacement of lead valley. Tully Roofing are highly professional, knowledgeable and clearly love roofs. They used quality materials and the finish is excellent.

Minor repairs to broken tiles, including hip tile.
Communication was good, as had been pre-booked prior to Covid-19 and simply delayed until lockdown eased.
Team arrived promptly (hampered by weather on first visit) and work completed in line with expectations.
Clear consideration around H&S, including making sure members of household were not likely to be anywhere externally during works and limitations on works due to weather.

I contacted Tully Roofing to look at the roof on a new house. Brian was affable and informative on the initial visit and recommended a gutter cleaning. The work was delayed due to the coronavirus but Susan got in touch promptly when it was possible to reschedule. Robert and Paul did a thorough job cleaning the gutters, which were long overdue, and tidied up some tree branches while they were on the roof.

Great communications (especially during the current covid crisis) and they left us feeling confident that if there were any problems in the future they would be happy to return. I was impressed with Tully Roofing from the moment they came to survey the work that I wanted doing. I found them honest and forthright and they were not interested in selling me anything that I didn't need. They replaced roof tiles and a section of downpipe at the front of my property. When they came on site to do the work they were extremely professional and pleasant and I felt confident that they would do a good job and they have. Thank you

We needed a vent removed from the roof and there was a leak. It had to be done quickly as we were selling the property. It wasn't a big job so some companies didn't quote...worse still two did and then didn't show.
Tully Roofing were great. Their quote was good but I went with another company who said they could fit us in quickly. When they failed to turn up, I went back to Tully. They were very sympathetic when I explained, and went out of their way to help.

A smallish job, re-roofing the area between our kitchen door and a concrete shed to make the area dry. They responded quickly to a phone message, came out to look at it when they said they would, quickly agreed a date, and carried out the work very efficiently. A minor problem with some tape (not a leak), which they came out and fixed, free of charge, within days of being alerted to it. All in all, a pleasure to deal with and highly professional job.

Outstanding response and service from Tully Roofing. Within an hour of my calling concerned about water penetration Brian was at the property. Calm, methodical, professional - everything you want when neither the problem nor the solution is straight forward. Instantly my fears and anxieties were allayed. Great customer service from first receiving the quotation through to completion of the work - Brian kept me informed thoughout, particularly when the work was delayed due to bad weather. I am a Struct Eng and would consider the standard of work undertaken to be a very good example of traditional roofing works with very good attention to detail - would recommend.
