I have used several roofing companies in the past, with varying degrees of satisfaction, but Tully's are exceptional. Great customer service, great workmanship and it's wonderful to be able to call someone and actually talk about the job. We had the roof of our bay window stripped back, repaired then re-felted and re-slated and finally lead work replaced. We were given a date for work to start, then Susan kept in touch with us as the date neared. Work started and finished on time and they did a neat job. Six weeks later I noticed a wee corner tile had slipped, emailed Tully's and within 24 hrs they were out and repaired it. Great service and really nice people. Very happy to recommend them.

Brian and his team carried out various repairs to the roof which was leaking. They were friendly, punctual, professional and, of course, fixed the leak. They also cleared the guttering and downpipes for me.
Additionally, during the recent adverse weather I asked Tully to come out and check-over the roof, which they did without question/cost.
They also were one of the most reasonable quotes I received and I will use them again.

It is so rare to get workmen who are polite, pleasant and helpful, and do an excellent job! We have had various workmen to our house lately for various repairs/ installations etc, and Tully Roofing Ltd stands out for all the right reasons. I would not hesitate to use them again, since they not only provide a first class service at a competitive price, but their workman are uniquely helpful and pleasant.

Whole roof was inspected- loose tiles put in place - all gutters cleaned -some very difficult to reach.

Having struggled to find a reliable roofing company locally I contacted Tully Roofing and they were extremely helpful and more than happy to travel (we live in the country about 35 miles from Loanhead. We were looking for a quote to check and repair, as necessary, our roof and gutters. This was done promptly and efficiently. A price was quoted and agreed and a date set for the work to take place. Unfortunately, on that date the weather was horrendous! However, the guys still came out to check if it was possible rather than simply not turning up. A further date was arranged which sadly again fell victim to the weather. Eventually, third time lucky, the work was completed in a professional and competent manner as per the quotation. The guys were very easy to deal with and I was delighted with the job done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tully Roofing and will certainly be using them again.

Garage roof(22ft ruined on one side and in need of complete removal and replacement. Material was no longer generally in use but was eventually sourced and is now available should further repairs be needed to the other part of the roof ( very possible, the new part is 'showing up' the scruffy old part). Following some unavoidable COVID related delays, work was completed effectively, efficiently and quickly. Every detail was carefully explained by very friendly and easy to talk to owner of this family firm. Good quality workmanship, everything cleared up and very reasonably priced.
Overall an excellent experience-no fuss, no worries. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and would be happy to use them again.

Fixed a leaky flat roof by installing lead flashing where it joined onto the main part of the house (should have been there in the first place!), reseated loose coping stone on separate flat roof and carried out an annual check for loose slates and blocked gutters on main roof. Very competitively priced and the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Back office support excellent in terms of arranging appointments, payments etc. Highly recommended.

As a retired chartered surveyor with 40 years experience in the building industry, I found Tully Roofing an excellent contractor. We required the rear elevation roof in our Victorian house to be reslated with new slates together with some other ancillary works including the renewal of all skews and the rebedding the chimney pots.

The quotation for the works was clear, concise and competitive. It also indicated a start date and the time the works would take. The works started on time and were completed within the time frame given in the quotation.

Brian and his team were efficient and extremely courteous. At the end of each day, the site was cleared up and Brian explained what work had been undertaken during the day and what was planned for the next day.

Work done was repairs to fix a roof leak including removing loose cement pointing, applying PVA bond surface, repointing raggle and carrying out mortar repair to crack on chimney stack. Due to Covid-19 restrictions it took slightly longer to come out for quote and then complete repairs but they were really helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Work was done quickly and efficiently - scaffolders came on Friday afternoon and job was completed on Monday morning. Would recommend Tully Roofing.

Tully Roofing checked over the roof of the house. We had some gutters that need repaired and slates needing replaced. Communication was great throughout - from booking the initial appointment to completing the works. Despite being very busy they were able to complete the work earlier than planned. Highly recommend.

We had roofing repairs done due to a leak in our rear roof area. The team from Tully were very helpful in explaining the problem and when surveying the area initially, encouraged us to get a number of estimates from roofers using the Trusted Trader scheme. We went with their estimate as it was good value for money. They were at all times, friendly, efficient and professional.
