Brian was clear and concise with quoting and prioritised the emergency repairs. They couldn’t work on the intended day due to weather conditions but came out on a Saturday to get the work done. Friendly and polite service with great efficiency and communication from the office team. Will use again and happily recommend.

This was a relatively small repair to renew sealant and add mortar to secure a coping stone. Brian was very helpful in the way he gave us an assessment, provided the quotation and then completed the job all to schedule.

Mainly replacing flashing, as well as doing some pointing and reinstating lead work.
Work was done timeously and professionally and my overall impression was favourable.

Very happy with the work of Brian & Robert, both pleasant guys to have around. They replaced roof-tile and re-pointed roof coping stones and some other brickwork.

We can not recommend this company highly enough. They replied to our inquiry very quickly unlike many other companies. Within few weeks Brian visited our house to see what the problem is and what needs to be done. An estimated price arrived a little later. After we accepted their offer we were given a date the work would start. Despite the fact it was few months away they started work exactly on the date stated without any delay. Guys were super professional, friendly, informative. They kept area clean and tidy at all time. The whole job was completed within 3 days and guys were so honest about everything. When we received final invoice it was actually a little lower then estimated price given to us months earlier. Who does it these days???
I also have to mention Susan. She coordinated everything from very beginning. We exchanged over 30 emails within those few months. Many of those emails were sent outside office hours and Susan replied sometimes within minutes!!! I don't think I had to wait for any response longer then few hours. She is an absolute legend.
Overall we are so happy with them. I don't think I have met more honest people and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company.

Complete replacement of a third storey flat roof with leak problems. Installation of insulation board and a modern impermeable membrane. Had to take into account existing roof drains, air vents, etc

It was an expensive job but a long term solution and comes with a 10-year guarantee. Peace of mind after years of cheap but ineffective patching. So, I’ve only taken one star off at value for money because others might not be able to afford this level of expense. You get what you pay for in roofers I’ve found. All the other categories are 5 star because:
the job took four days instead of the expected five plus;
the team were all pleasant and courteous, incredibly efficient and unobtrusive (as far as you can be banging boards onto your roof);
explained the entire process as they were going along;
turned up when they said they would and on time every day - unlike others I have used in the past;
tidied up after themselves.

Tully Roofing were recommended to me by a contact and I would happily use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Extensive guttering repairs to include repointing and repainting were carried out on our B-listed building over a period of approx 2 weeks.

From initial quote to final filling of a small hole recently vacated by nesting birds my dealings with Tully Roofing Ltd have been impeccably handled by all concerned. The work was planned and executed with precision, courtesy and skill throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was uniformly excellent.

I wanted a health check for my roof (it's 50+ years old and I wanted to know if there were any problems developing I couldn't see) and a sun tunnel installed to bring light into the dark top hallway. I was given a visit date, and then a two hour time slot to expect Brian, three days in advance of his visit. He checked and confirmed one ridge tile needed repaired or replaced but that everything else was fine and nothing else needed done, and that a sun tunnel could be installed. There was no pressure to give them the work, and a discussion of how the repair could/should be done (by whoever I chose to do the work) was very informative. The clear and detailed quote I requested was with me very quickly after the visit, and I was happy to go ahead with the work. On the day the friendly team turned up when expected, got to work quickly, and did an excellent job which was completed in no time at all. The place was probably cleaner after they left than it had been before they arrived, with everything having been protected and cleaned! All the work they'd done was explained, from the seal on the roof light to angle grinding the edges of the overlapping tiles to give a neater overlay, and I was told to get in touch if there were any issues at all. I'm delighted with the work, and the excellent communication at all stages of the process.

New roof on current extension. If I could give 10 stars I would. It was probably the worst week with rain but that didn’t stop the guys doing what they could when the rain stopped. Arrived on time, great communication with the guys and Susan. Totally professional Company and can not recommend highly enough.

Old cast iron guttering misaligned and leaking at several points. The team took down gutters, removed rust, painted, replaced those that could not be repaired, put up again aligned to drain and gave a final coat of paint.
Good communication from quote to final review. Guttering now working as they should!

We contacted Tully Roofing after seeing many recommendations on a local Facebook page. They responded to our enquiry immediately and were the only company to turn up on time to inspect the roof and the only company to take pictures of the work that needed doing. This is so helpful when arranging work for a shared roof! The communications were extremely professional and the work was done on time. We’d have no hesitation recommending Tully Roofing and will be using them for our annual roof inspection for the future.

We did a lot of research into finding the right people to fix our New Town roof and were really happy with our choice of Tully Roofing. They did a fantastic and extensive job to fix our leaks and were timely and tidy with great communication along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and reliable also. Competitively priced with no hidden extras. Can't recommend highly enough.

Repairs carried out to the roof, chimney and a new Velux window replaced. We were informed at every step how the work was to progress and I even got a call to say that the scaffolding would be delivered later in the day than planned! Not that I would have noticed.
I cannot rate this company highly enough.
