Great company. Honest, friendly tradesmen who didn't try to pull the wool or upsell. Clear descriptions of work needed to solve my problem of damaged harling. Plus also covered a shed roof. Great communication as a family firm with good support for scheduling, organisation and quick patient responses to my many queries. They are busy for a reason. Good value too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and use again. I did my homework and they had great reviews so lots of happy customers.

We had a total roof and guttering renovation carried out, as well as new skylight & Velux windows installed. Absolutely delighted with the work by Tully Roofing. Brian and his team are brilliant workers, kept us informed from day 1, made sure we were happy at every step and really looked out for my elderly mum while they were on site.

Our ridge tiles were last bedded in 10 years ago and much of the cement had eroded away leaving cavities. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and on budget. This apart, they matched the cement to the colour of the roof tiles, which was a nice surprise and they did a small repair to our guttering free of charge. The work was carried out with quiet efficiency and tidily.

Brian and Susan run their business in a friendly and professional manner. Their estimate was sensible and realistic, unlike others which appeared to be based upon an assessment of our ability to pay rather than the condition of the roof.

I contacted Tully Roofing to assess the condition of my roof and repair a section of guttering. Everyone who I spoke to from the team was so friendly and helpful, it made the whole process really easy and I thought they were trustworthy. They offered good advice and the repair is excellent. Although I only had a small repair done, I would recommend them to friends.

This is the second time I've used them. I highly value their manner and work methods and would use them for all roof works - if only they weren't booked out for so long in advance! :-D

We had a leak in our roof resulting in water ingress into our living room. Having first been taken for a ride by no fewer than four other roofing companies, we finally phoned Tully Roofing. They initially advised that they wouldn't be able to visit for another four weeks, but once we booked the visit, they contacted us within a few days saying they had a cancellation and could come and see us that week. They came punctually, got up on the roof no trouble and explained in detail what the problem was, showing photos and describing the repair work that would need to be done. The issue was that the lining and surrounding of the chimney were worn. We contracted them, a date was agreed in fours weeks' time, and on the day they arrived exactly as planned, put up scaffolding (this was provided by a subcontractor) and completed the work before 4pm. The whole team was courteous and professional all the way through.
The quote was very reasonable and the work immaculate. We will definitely go straight to Tully's if we ever need roofing services again!

We had a roof check and some repairs done on a few areas identified.
Everyone was great - from the communication from the office to the men who checked the roof and those who carried out the work. The price was fair and work was carried out on time. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the choice of work available which was explained really well to me. I was not under any pressure to take any and they were both outlined in my quotes. I decided to opt for UVPC as this would be maintenance free. On the day of the work I found the roofers to be very friendly and worked really well as a team. The job was outstanding and I am over the moon with it. Everything cleared up and taken away after them. Attention to detail was very good. I would highly recommend them.

I had excellent work carried out by Tully. They were very transparent with the quotes and dates provided. They arrived promptly and carried out work as agreed. They left no mess and couldn’t have been more polite.

Tully Roofing (TR) Supplied, erected and dismantled scaffolding access to front and gable end of property. Removed all ridges, tiles, batten, underfelt and guttering. Supply and fit the following:- new anthracite grey soffit and fascia boards to front and gable end of property; breathable membrane to all roof areas; treated counter batten to all roof areas; treated tile batten; new continuous dry verges to outside edges of roof areas; new grey Marley Modern tiles to all roof areas; Klober Trapac snow guards complete with grid connectors and support brackets; new grey peaked ridges all secured using a mechanically fixed dry fit system; new black squareline guttering complete with fascia brackets, stop ends, union and outlet. Removed all related debris from site and disposed of in accordance with SEPA regulations. The work was on schedule and to budget. Taking the advice given by TR we kept our roof in the original style as changing it may have involved planning permission. TR were helpful throughout the job, took time to explain any work that was being carried out. As well as carrying out the agreed scheduled work, TR went above and beyond ensuring that even the smallest detail would enhance the look of our roof. TR were easy to contact by phone/email and kept in communication. It is still very early days since the job was completed, however, TR provided a 10yr guarantee and informed us that if there were any problems, regardless of how small, to contact them.

Tully Roofing re-felted a mutual balcony/roof; the work was done exactly to schedule and cost, with excellent communication throughout. The team on the job were personable and polite, and took exceptional care to work without damage to existing paintwork. They were also considerate of the fact that I work from home, and the job was completed within the time allowed. The area was left clear and tidy. I would happily use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them. They have high professional standards and excellent customer care, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

Work was to clean, repair and paint guttering at the front and rear of a Victorian terraced house. This was done in a day with a squad of 6 men working efficiently and with scaffolding to the front. I was given videos of the work and a chance to inspect it before they left and told to contact them if anything was amiss. They also improved the down pipe fixings and tidied everything up very well, no mess at all. I’ve just been invoiced and paid up happily. We’ve had two storms since with heavy rains and snow with no leaks. Great job. Estimate was within £300 of the next ( which did not include scaffolding) so good value.

Work done in compliance with estimate and completed soon after agreeing to do it.
