We are really pleased with the work Brian and the team did on our roof; removing some old pipes, tiling over as well as repointing work. The roof looks completely rejuvenated and the communication from the time of our initial enquiry, through the survey and quote to getting the work done was excellent.

We had some water ingress and had Brian and his colleague do an assessment to see what the issues were. Brian almost flies above the roof and very kindly took a complete video to show us that there were 3 cracked tiles but also to give us peace of mind to know that the remaining roof was in good condition. Our quote to repair was excellent and work done to a very high standard. It's been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to deal with the team at Tully Roofing, including Susan. Nothing is too much trouble. Work to repair guttering and joints. Brian and Susan run an exceptional business and their team are professional, honest and reliable. They are a very busy company and i can see why. Had to wait a few weeks for the initial assessment, i was contacted the day prior to this to confirm the timescale of when to expect Brian, and he attended as scheduled. Brian thoroughly assessed the issues we had and was evidently very knowledgeable and honest. Quote was then received extremely promptly and very reasonably priced. On acceptance of quote an appointment was arranged for the team to attend. Due to Scottish weather, it was not possible for the work to be carried out on the planned day. Work was rescheduled and communication was excellent, with the team attending when they said they would. Very happy with the service and standard of work, cannot recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use Tully Roofing again if the need arises.

Brian and his team surveyed my roof (free of charge) and provided a quote for the work needed. I then booked the job in which was completed to my satisfaction yesterday. The communication was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Brian Tully has been in the roofing business for many years and you can tell his experience from talking to him.

Repairs to guttering and rhones done. Due to volume of work at the time I initially phoned I had to wait a bit for initial quotation appointment but the job wasn’t urgent so was ok with that. Communication throughout was excellent and both the quotation visit and the work were carried out exactly as discussed. Very happy with Tully Roofing and would definitely use again.

Our tenement block in central Edinburgh had suffered from persistent leaks over a number of years, despite attempts by a series of roofing firms to fix the problems. In late 2022, we took Tully Roofing on to tackle this, and have, nearly a year later, had no further leaks. Tully Roofing were straightforward to deal with, kept us informed at all stages, made extremely thorough assessments of the work needed, and -- it would appear -- very effective at remedying elusive problems. It is a sign of their good reputation that they tend to be booked up and so not available at short notice.

Tully repaired my leaky roof (when other roofers didn't manage to). The service was exceptional and the price very fair. When Mr. Tully came to look at the job he really took the time to listen to me and thought carefully about what the problem might be before talking me through everything. Work carried out early November 2022. I had lost faith in Scottish workmen. However Tully Roofing Ltd diagnosed and fixed a longstanding ceiling leak in our son's bedroom. No other Company seemed to know what to do but Brian the Boss did. Absolutely did what he said they would. We paid a very reasonable price. Susan in the Office kept us updated. The Team were professional, approachable and best of all knowledgeable so all went well. Also no hanging about, the work was done over two days. I haven't written the Review until now as had to check all was well. All is well. Awful weather recently has proven Tully are the Company I will use for roof maintenance and will recommended to anyone with an ear. Thank you so much Brian and all at Tully. My roof nightmare is over. Faith in Scottish Roofer at least restored.

Excellent service from initial call out to detailed analysis and tender submitted to work completed. Both Brian and Robert were delightful and completed the work to the level expected.

They turned up on time, kept us informed of progress and gave advice about any potential future work should it be needed.
