From the initial enquiry all the way through to the completion of the work everything has been first class.
Communication with the office was straightforward and they responded professionally and quickly.
The estimator was thorough, very knowledgeable and polite.
The fitters/glaziers were also very efficient and the quality of their work could not be questioned.
We are more than happy to have used Trinity Glazing Ltd and will certainly be using them in future projects

TG replaced 7 double glazing units in original wooden frames where the vacuum was no longer and hence moisture misting obscured the glass.
Prior to employing TG I visited their premises. I was pleasantly pleased by the industry of their staff. They manufacture the double glazing units themselves on site. Very efficient process of ordering and installing. The units were installed in under 4 hours. They were very careul and tidied up at every opportunity. I very much enjoy doing business with smallish companies for good work for a fair price.

Replacement of glazing units in Victorian House in conservation area- units were 'blown' and had failed after 12 years, following refurbishment by other firm.
The approach both in the office and on the job was excellent- efficient, common sense with rigour. The workers Arran and Josh, measured up carefully, delivered estimates via the office which were clear, detailed and practical. The two of them then did the work, looked after our house as though it was their own, with a great manner and real diligence in the work- professional and personable.
The remaining glazing in this house will be done by this firm, there is no reason to go elsewhere. I have had 3 other firms look at this work, Trinity were the only one who looked at what needed done, assessed and delivered this without suggesting unnecessary additional work. They were excellent from start to finish.

I had windows replaced after they had condensation between the double glazing panes.
Using Trinity Glazing was really easy and they were prompt plus left no mess whatsoever. The glazier that came to do the work was an absolute gem.
I’d definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant company. From the initial contact to the job being completed everyone I dealt with was completely professional. Emails responded to quickly, always turned up when they said they would and we're absolutely delighted with the work carried out. Very reasonably priced and work carried out with minimal disruption. Your staff are a credit to you. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely use again!!

Trinity glazing replaced our sash and case windows with PVC windows of the same character and size. The windows look exactly the same from outside and are perfectly in keeping with our house which was exactly what we wanted.
The installation was fast, very efficient and the company left the house clean and tidy. This is a local independent company who we have used for over 20 years and they have always provided excellent service and quality work.

Contacted Trinity Glazing for a quote on replacing a single bathroom window, some double glazing companies were not invincible such a small job. Trinity were happy to quote and I was happy to accept. The whole experience with Trinity Glazing was professional and straightforward, from the measuring and ordering of the window to the fitting. Their window fitter completed the job in half a day, he was courteous, tidy and very professional in his approach to the job. The area was left clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity Glazing for future similar work. Excellent.

The person in charge is very nice. They responded the email or answer the questions very quick. They installed my cupola with double glazed unit. The three young man worked very seriously. Even that day is not good weather. But they still done the work very well. They also repaired the broken wood. Thank you so much.

We are delighted with our windows. Trinity provided a professional and efficient service from start to finish. The flat is so much quieter and cosier. The fitters were great and did a really good job. They were very tidy, easy to have in the flat & I missed their singing. I have already recommended them to others.

Trinity Glazing fitted double glazed windows to my B-listed flat in Dunbar. The work was overseen by Ben, who is one of the firm's directors. As well as being pleased with the quality of the windows fitted, I would also like to highlight the service I received from Trinity Glazing, which I would say was first class. Communication and advice were prompt and clear, and any issues were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Ben and his team for the work carried out, and would not hesitate to recommend them to other customers. The windows look great, and are just as I hoped they would be.

Craig and Stevie were a pleasure to have around the house - they protected all surfaces, cleared up as they went, asked our opinions when needed, and completed all work to a really high standard, including fine details. It felt like they took the care they would have taken in their own homes.
The office were great to deal with too. They were really flexible and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently.
Can't really comment on how their prices compare to other companies because they were the only ones willing to come out and quote for our job, but the price felt fair for the quality of the product and the level of workmanship.

Installation of two double glazed bedroom windows. Initial contact to estimate work was prompt and led to acceptance of the proposed work. Timetable adhered to and work carried out efficiently. The work has only just been completed as of 1 day ago, it looks satisfactory and I am pleased with the appearance and effect. All staff friendly, efficient and helpful.

I had 5 new double glazed windows fitted. The work took 3 days. The window fitters were friendly and professional. I was kept fully informed of the work being carried out. There was a small crack on one of the frames and the window fitters returned to repair the damage. The house was cleaned each day after the work was completed. I am very happy with my new windows.
