Used Trinity Glazing before and appreciated the professional service carried out, from first engagement of arranging appointment to have replacement double glaze units measured up through to later visit to fit. Timescales advised and met. On this occasion several more replacement units fitted and they had tidied everything up - place was left spotless. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of dealing with Trinity Glazing.

Replaced glass in cupola/skylight above box room. Team arrived when they said they would, and completed the work within about two and a half hours. Careful to lay down dust sheets to catch debris and clean up after themselves.

9 windows replaced with double glazed sash windows. Not the cheapest quote obtained but had heard good things about Trinity so went with them. All the work completed within 2 days. The 2 joiners doing the work were excellent and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of day one. The admin side of things was all vey efficiently handled as well. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future.

I had a front and back door replaced and the doors and workmanship exceeded my expectations. They have made such a difference to my hall and kitchen. Everyone at trinity glazing has been so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but everything was discussed and explained allowing me to make the best choice. They were installed quickly, professionally and everything was left very neat and tidy.

Guy who came out to measure was great, really thoroughly checked I was happy with everything and on fitting day itself I could not have been more impressed by the guys they sent - huge thanks in particular to Andy!

Amazing service by Trinity Glazing, from start to finish. Replaced all windows in the flat, apart from the bathroom and amazed with the end result.
Appointments were kept and options discussed, I even had a small change after the appointments and it was easily accommodated over email with updates provided.
On the day of installation everything went as smoothly as it could have, old ones removed and new ones installed all in one day. Everything kept clean throughout the property and took the time to go through each window once finished to check it was as I wanted.
They even noticed a small issue with the external trim of the bathroom window (the one they weren't even working on) so attention to detail is very good.

The Estimator arrived on time, respected Covid precautions advised on options and according to window fitters had measured very accurately.
Covid lockdown threatened to delay installation date but after gentle explanation of problems that would be incurred with builders onsite Jason understood and accommodated the original date.
Outstanding customer service at a time when many of their competitors blame Covid for poor service. Glazing units made by Trinity themselves, frames outsourced but excellent quality. would not hesitate to recommend the friendly service.

We had some secondary glazing fitted to our windows in the lounge and small bedroom.
They arrived on the date arranged. The workmen worked hard and completed the job mid afternoon. They were very tidy and cleaned up afterwards.
In the small bedroom we asked if they could be careful with the walls as the paint marks very easily. They left without a mark on the walls.
We were very happy with the job and would definitely use them again.
