Trinity Glazing were good value for money when compared to a number of other quotations and the replacement window was supplied and fitted to the timetable agreed and to high standard. While Covid-19 restrictions caused a delay in installation, this was completed as soon as restrictions were lifted.

Replaced old wooden sash & case windows with new PVC sliding sash & case windows. I had difficulty finding someone who could do this with the curve at the top to match the stonework of the old cottage (1880) but was delighted that Trinity was able to supply exactly what I wanted. The quality of the windows were excellent and the price was well below what I expected. My thanks too to Craig and Stephen for first class installation, they arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the two front windows replaced by 4 p.m. The before and after pictures show how good the match is from the old original windows.

Someone totally smashed my shop window - not what you need with forced closure at the moment. it was a Sunday evening on the bank holiday weekend. Trinity glazing were there by 10 am the next day having given me a quote over the phone. They removed and replaced the window in no time, were clean tidy and efficient. Brilliant.

The job was arranged quickly and easily, the Glazier arrived super on time, was very nice and friendly, got on with the job efficiently, cleared up and left the place spotless, and even mended the ropes as an extra just to be helpful. COuldnt have been a nicer experience.

We were really pleased with the work and service Trinity Glazing provided from start to finish, replacing all our windows downstairs and upstairs. Kevin & Craig did a great job to replace all the windows, while preserving the existing woodwork / sills and surrounding tiles. They worked round the house in a methodical manner, agreed with us. They made sure each room was clean and tidy, as work was undertaken and completed. They checked in every day to make sure everything was okay and picked up on anything we had noticed. All we needed to ask them to do was go over some of the sealant. They highlighted to us that some external stone would need repaired and this work has now been completed. They kept us informed throughout of plans and when they would be here. They advised us to highlight any issues or concerns as everything settles down, the windows are used in earnest and the weather changes. We would definitely recommend Trinity Glazing. Real sense of teamwork. Very organised, quality service.

We had some old sash and case windows replaced with upvc tilt and turn windows. The job was done very efficiently and neatly. It wasn’t the lowest quote we received but the quality of the workmanship was definitely worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Trinity and we will use them again.

I had a replacement bathroom window and frame fitted early Feb 2020. The office were well organised, helpful and friendly, their quote was competitive, the work was carried out to a good standard and the team were reasonably clean and tidy (for what is a messy job).

Having acquired 1970s built house, needed to replace all the original, single glazed timber windows, most of which were now beginning to rot. Trinity given job on a recommendation and attention to detail was excellent. From fitters (David and Keith) through to Director Jason and staff members, Ben and Lisa. Was quite a big job for us and was concerned doing in run up to Xmas with potential weather issues. But David and Keith worked really hard. Also was no trouble them coming back to attend to small snagging issues at end of job. The windows look great. uPVC but wood affect and look really authentic. We intend to do further work on the house with possible small extension to front. Will certainly look to Trinity to supply any windows! Really pleased with end result. David and Keith also very tidy when doing the work. Thought price was very fair also. Thanks to all.
