We are a family run domestic appliance repair company based in Edinburgh. Since 1994 we have been repairing & supplying appliances for Edinburgh & the Lothians. Our clients include letting agents, housing associations and manufacturers along with private customers and independent landlords. We have a portfolio of private customers who return to us on a regular basis.

Trinity Domestic do a lot of work for us, including repairs to appliances and - if necessary - replacement. They are always very helpful, make useful recommendations and do an excellent job when it comes to installing new appliances. As the service also includes taking away the old appliance the whole job is covered by them and always done quickly and cost effectively

we use Trinity domestics daily for appliance repairs and replacements within the property lettings business, and in our own homes , we find them competitive in price, but most of all reliable, professional, punctual , smart in appearance and trustworthy , nothing is to much trouble , we highly recommend them.

Over the years I’ve worked at various Letting Agents, and always used Trinity Domestic – they have always been an excellent company to work with.
Their office staff are friendly and helpful, and quick to book in appointments
The appliance engineers are excellent at diagnosing the problems, and always polite and helpful with landlords and tenants at the property they’re working at

We have free reign to choose the contractors we work with and to end or begin new relationships. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of Trinity which is why I continue to use them as my main appliance specialist.
I find their communication very good and they are quick to respond to queries or concerns. Their work is of good quality and I trust them to provide the best aftercare on the rare occasion something needs to be revisited.
