Sent the guys a picture of the shower valve, came back next morning with the part they recommended. Bought it great price and works.
Fantastic service and delivery. Everyone else wanted the actual part in the hand to see, these guys just did it without me removing the faulty part. Ace service, will recommend and use again.

Mira sport stopped heating water , simple fix . Happy with service and end result. Perhaps given fact engineer in house 15 mins it was over priced at £100+ but still cheaper than replacing shower

The communication with the company was excellent.
They replied to my enquiry most promptly and sent an engineer extremely quickly carry out the repair.
I would most certainly use the company again and recommend them to my friends.

Replacement of shower mixer. Excellent service, received a call to set up appointment, engineer arrived at the appointment time and very quickly replaced the shower mixer. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable.

I had my shower unit replaced after the old one stopped working properly.
Barry the engineer identified the problem and showed me the issues.
He was professional and courteous throughout the work and got the new shower installed without a hitch.
The new shower works perfectly!

I had an issue with our shower and had received conflicting information about the source of the issue and how it could be fixed from both the fitter and gas company. I had used the Shower Doctor previously so had no hesitation calling them out. They were able to quickly determine the root cause of the issue and provided me the assurance that the shower was working correctly and the issue was to do with the boiler. The assurance provided has been invaluable and has resulted in me being able to challenge previous theories and the boiler now being fixed. Would recommend to anyone.
