I wanted to thank Liam for the excellent job he did on fixing our Mira shower last week. He was fantastic and so kind and professional. He even took a minute to show my two young kids what the inside of the shower unit looked like and explain what each bit did. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!

The engineer called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Very polite and carried out the repair within a short time. No cash was requested before the work was done or at the time of repair. The company called within a couple of weeks for payment which was very reasonable. Very happy to have our shower repaired and working. Would highly reccomend

Superb service from Shower Doctor from booking to completion of work. Great flexibility and discretion shown while assessing the impact on the household while our only shower was broken. Shower Doctor went above and beyond. Engineer arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was respectful of my home. Explained in full what he was going to do and approximate time to complete. Repair was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend Shower Doctor over any plumbing firm as they just don't match up in my opinion. Will definitely be my first port of call for any future issues or advice for all things shower.

Called the Shower Doctor on the 19th October and Liam arrived (with a colleague) on the 25th as promised and replaced my old electric shower. The price quoted ahead of the visit was spot on. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, the repair on our 15 year old shower was so well handled . I had gone into the office with pictures of our broken shower controls and within minutes Amy had identified the make and model and what was likely to be the issue . She arranged for an engineer to visit the following week, who arrived with all the parts and swiftly sorted the shower . The engineer was polite and informative and certainly knew his stuff . I have no hesitation in recommending The Shower Doctor .

Shower Doc replaced my Mira Advance Shower.The shower was ordered through the office and they promptly arranged for an engineer to visit.The Engineer turned up on arranged time ,was very polite and professional and had us up and running with a new shower very quickly.I have used the Shower Doctor before and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our shower stopped working. I left a message on the Shower Doctors contact page on their website. I received a phone call the next day and had an appointment within 2 working days. Our shower could not be repaired and was replaced with a similar one. We received an excellent service. We were made aware of the initial cost, but as the shower needed to be replaced this was increased. We have had no issues with our new shower and were happy with the service we received.

We were in the process of moving house when the shower failed. We contacted the people who fitted it, thinking a new unit would be required urgently. They suggested The Shower Doctor. An appointment was arranged quickly and when the engineer came out he diagnosed the problem, fitting a new part. Saving us the cost of a new shower unit. All people involved were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Would certainly use the company again.

Replacement of leaking shower parts.
This proved to be a trickier job than expected, but our two tradespeople were prompt in arriving, helpful and persisted to complete a successful repair. Costs were as quoted and appropriate to the job. Thank you.

We had a problem with our shower fixed by The Shower Doctor. I was given the cost for the part needed and the cost for the labour before the work was done. The job was completed successfully without any complications. We were very happy with the outcome and the price for the job and would definitely recommend the company.

The flow valve had burst in the casing of the shower.
The engineer was very polite and professional, he told us the cost before carrying out the work.
There was miscommunication on the time the engineer was due to arrive, however with a quick call to the office it was quickly resolved.
Have already recommended this company to family and I would definitely use them again.
