Shower was leaking badly from the base of the unit. The fault was diagnosed over the phone so the engineer came with the required parts and quickly resolved. He gave good advice on changing the hose and head to prevent a recurrence. Very happy. Would recommend.

Great service. I thought I would need a new thermostatic cartridge for my shower but when the engineer arrived as arranged, the existing cartridge only needed to be adjusted, saving me money. Very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend based on my experience and will use again if required in the future.

From my initial query /sharing of information about the brand and model of shower, the engineer arrived with a suitable part with him. He arrive in the time window promised, got on quietly with the work and communicated fine. Very pleased, so many thanks to all involved.

Very happy with the repair work to our electric shower, we thought a new one was required as it is 13 years old but the engineer diagnosed the fault quickly and had all the materials needed to fix it. Cost was fair as well. The only issue is that I originally made a request through the website but that didn't work, but after a quick phone call I sorted it out.

Having used shower doctor for a repair previously l called them to repair an older shower. It wasn’t able to be fixed, so they quoted a very reasonable price to replace. They advised they could do this the same week but I asked them to come back the following week. They replaced shower like for like. Very happy with the service provided. Would highly reccomend

We had a problem with our shower which the Shower Doctor accurately diagnosed could be fixed with a quick and relatively inexpensive repair (rather than replace as another supplier quoted for). The SD representative made the repair quickly and was very knowledgeable, readily sharing solutions and information with us.

Shower was leaking and Shower Doctor was recommended by another plumber.
The Shower Doctor plumber was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and managed to patch up our old shower at very little cost. He also gave us very good advice regarding suitable new models of shower to suit the positioning of the pipe work and electrics if we eventually wish to replace it. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Had a temperature issue with my shower tap. Was recommended this company by a plumber as they were not contracted through my home plan to look at taps on walls. They got in touch in a few days appointment was made promptly. Their staff were all very friendly and helpful. All costs and work needing done was advised to me and it was very reasonable. The plumber had an issue taking the tap off due to the screw head being threaded by the previous plumbers but they miraculously managed to get it out. The whole experience was flawless and I have already been recommending them to friends.

The cartridge on my shower was leaking and in Dec 23 they replaced it.
Last month it started to leak again.I contacted them who arranged a visit the following day and changed the cartridge.
There was no charge or excuses unlike many other contractors.
I was initialy recommended to this company by a plumber who was too busy to bother with such a small job.

The person who attended to the job was both professional and approachable. Thank you for this excellent service and follow up. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company . Turned up when they said they would , respectful to the household , ie overshoes without being asked . Highly recommend. Shower stopped working so took a picture of it in to the shop to show make/model. They identified two potential parts it may need and fixed it next day, the cheaper part all that was needed. Very honest solution. Finally followed up a week later checking all was ok. Great service.

Shower was leaking badly but Shower Doctor had 3 week waiting list however, as it was a family shower they phoned back and arranged a repair the following week! Technician arrived as arranged and spent an hour repairing and replacing faulty parts which he had brought in his van.

Shower rail and shower head replacement. My shower bracket was broken after two visits from the shower doctors technician trying various replacement parts we decided to replace shower rail and head units. The price given was very good value and was also given a discount on item. It was all fitted within a day even though the technician had to adapt some fittings very impressed with everything.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service, both in the showroom and in our house. We had an old shower which needed the working parts replaced (hose and head were fine) and we got excellent advice when we visited the showroom, followed by friendly and very competent work on site. At no time were we given a "hard sell" as to what was required for the job.

My elderly electric shower had become unreliable, usually offering a moderately hot shower but sometimes only cold water. A major part of it needed to be replaced. In order to ensure that the engineer arrived with the right part I was asked to email a photo of the shower as there are various versions of the shower model I have. This attention to detail ensured that the repair was carried out quickly and efficiently without any need for a second visit. I can now rely on my shower to operate as it should 100% of the time.

Engineer came to repair our shower, he advised us well and rather than repair the unit he recommended a new one after fully explaining the issue and showing us in depth why a new unit would be better.
Rather than try to sell us one he told us where to buy and then returned - the same day - to fit it.
Protected our home and fully tidied/cleaned after he finished.
Amazing service.

I had a shower that was leaking when turned off. I was recommended to this company who were very helpful and organised a plumber to fit a new cartridge. He was very professional and soon fixed the problem.
Most local plumbers are not interested with small 'jobs'so it was a relief that this company did 'bother'!

The Shower Doctor exceeded my expectations. When they arrived they brought a new shower to replace my existing (as I'd asked). However they realised/pointed out the old one was not working due to low pressure. They traced the valve, which was in a high cupboard, turned it on, made sure the shower was working OK. Great, good service, someone less honest wopuld have put the new shower in and charged for it.
They also reduced their standard callout charge as it was a quick fix. They didn't have to, but it was a super gesture.
I'd definately use them again.

I wanted to thank Liam for the excellent job he did on fixing our Mira shower last week. He was fantastic and so kind and professional. He even took a minute to show my two young kids what the inside of the shower unit looked like and explain what each bit did. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!

The engineer called to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Very polite and carried out the repair within a short time. No cash was requested before the work was done or at the time of repair. The company called within a couple of weeks for payment which was very reasonable. Very happy to have our shower repaired and working. Would highly reccomend

Superb service from Shower Doctor from booking to completion of work. Great flexibility and discretion shown while assessing the impact on the household while our only shower was broken. Shower Doctor went above and beyond. Engineer arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was respectful of my home. Explained in full what he was going to do and approximate time to complete. Repair was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend Shower Doctor over any plumbing firm as they just don't match up in my opinion. Will definitely be my first port of call for any future issues or advice for all things shower.

From start to finish, the repair on our 15 year old shower was so well handled . I had gone into the office with pictures of our broken shower controls and within minutes Amy had identified the make and model and what was likely to be the issue . She arranged for an engineer to visit the following week, who arrived with all the parts and swiftly sorted the shower . The engineer was polite and informative and certainly knew his stuff . I have no hesitation in recommending The Shower Doctor .

Shower Doc replaced my Mira Advance Shower.The shower was ordered through the office and they promptly arranged for an engineer to visit.The Engineer turned up on arranged time ,was very polite and professional and had us up and running with a new shower very quickly.I have used the Shower Doctor before and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our shower stopped working. I left a message on the Shower Doctors contact page on their website. I received a phone call the next day and had an appointment within 2 working days. Our shower could not be repaired and was replaced with a similar one. We received an excellent service. We were made aware of the initial cost, but as the shower needed to be replaced this was increased. We have had no issues with our new shower and were happy with the service we received.

We were in the process of moving house when the shower failed. We contacted the people who fitted it, thinking a new unit would be required urgently. They suggested The Shower Doctor. An appointment was arranged quickly and when the engineer came out he diagnosed the problem, fitting a new part. Saving us the cost of a new shower unit. All people involved were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Would certainly use the company again.

We had a problem with our shower fixed by The Shower Doctor. I was given the cost for the part needed and the cost for the labour before the work was done. The flow valve had burst in the casing of the shower.
The engineer was very polite and professional, he told us the cost before carrying out the work.
There was miscommunication on the time the engineer was due to arrive, however with a quick call to the office it was quickly resolved.

I had an issue with our shower and had received conflicting information about the source of the issue and how it could be fixed from both the fitter and gas company. I had used the Shower Doctor previously so had no hesitation calling them out. They were able to quickly determine the root cause of the issue and provided me the assurance that the shower was working correctly and the issue was to do with the boiler. The assurance provided has been invaluable and has resulted in me being able to challenge previous theories and the boiler now being fixed. Would recommend to anyone.
