Our shower had lost its pressure and was constantly changing temperature. The engineer who looked at the problem was polite, cheerful and fixed the problem. Nothing was a bother to him. It turned out to be washers. The shower is fixed and working brilliantly.

I thought I had a shower pump and the pressure had fallen. So was expecting a replacement but in fact it was the shower hose that had a kink and much cheaper.

Hot water feed to shower had become blocked. Liam was quick, efficient. friendly, helpful and took good care not to leave any damage or mess.
Problem seems to be with the actual tank but shower working perfectly for now, hopefully until tank sorted out. If becomes blocked in the meantime, I will have no hesitation in calling out the Shower Doctor.

I had a problem with my shower fluctuating in temperature. I didn't have the shower brand name but Shower Doctor arrived with a variety of parts to try and resolve my issue. It turned out that I didn't need a new part after all, and that the issue had been the thermostat sticking rather than being broken.

A bath tap wouldn’t turn on or off - we have 2 disabled children who need baths every day. A plumber recommended showerdoctor to us so I contacted them, explained situation and they came out immediately to help. An internal screw needed tightened and everything was ok again. Company refused payment. Restores faith in human nature.

We have an old mains pressure shower where the controls had seized up and the temperature control was poor.
The engineer managed to solve both issues and the shower is now working well. He was friendly and polite and had the necessary skill to solve the problem effectively.
Overall I am very pleased to recommend them.

Wanted a new electric shower fitted as I assumed the old one was broken, but the engineer realised that the old shower wasn't broken and issue was with supply pressure and solved it. Very honest, professional and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend.

Shower was leaking badly from the base of the unit. The fault was diagnosed over the phone so the engineer came with the required parts and quickly resolved. He gave good advice on changing the hose and head to prevent a recurrence. Very happy. Would recommend.
