Lovely people and very polite and respectful of property. Worked as a team knew what they were doing. Nothing too much trouble for Stevie if there was a problem he sorted it promptly. We had blinds fitted a few weeks ago and they are perfect. Today 11/8/2020 we had our shutters fitted and they are amazing. We were excited to get them fitted and are not disappointed, infact we absolutely love them. We are now thinking of what we can put into the bathroom and Aggie gave us some ideas. We would recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Co. as a trusted company and brilliant workmanship. Thanks guys

Shutters installed in bay window. Very pleased with the service from measuring done by Craig to installation carried out very efficiently by Aggie and Jamie. Shutters arrived within the time stated and quality is excellent, I will definitely be ordering more and recommending to friends. Really pleasant people to deal with, thank you.

We had shutters fitted in the living room, dining area and bedroom of our house this week. Craig who came to do the initial measurements a few months ago was very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. If we were to be picky, communication after this stage could have been better and we sometimes had a few days wait for a response regarding ordering or payment. We appreciate that this was during lockdown however and so may not reflect normal communication times.
On the day of installation the fitters arrived at the time that was originally given and also phoned ahead to give advance notice when they were on their way, which I really appreciated. Aggie and Jamie the fitters were very friendly and efficient and had the shutters fitted in no time. They also tidied up thoroughly after themselves and left no mess behind which again I appreciated!
We are really happy with the appearance, function and quality of the shutters and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in future.

Aggie and Jamie arrived on time. They were very friendly and did an amazing job on the 3 sets of shutters we ordered. They completed the job in just over 3 hours which was very impressive as one of the window required additional work to it. They were also respectful of our home and didn't leave any mess behind. They replied to any queries we had and I trust they will come back if anything needs fixing (which I am sure won't be necessary :) ). The shutters look amazing. 5 stars company, will use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks a lot.

I have had almost my whole house done with shutters, final room still to go and can't wait. They look amazing, transform and finish the room and delighted with the quality. Amazing service from start to finish. Dylan who came to measure was very knowledgable and efficient. Wilma from the office is a gem and so friendly and helpful. Wooden window shutters were supplied by The Edinburgh Shutter Co. The quality of the shutters are very good and great value for the money I paid. Special thanks to the 2 fitters Aggie and Jamie who fitted the 4 shutters exceptionally well, they protected the surrounded working areas and cleaned up as they worked. I would not hesitate to employ this company and their employees again for future works

Amazing service from start to finish. Dylan who came out to measure up was very knowledgable and talked us through all our various options, most of which we would never have thought of ourselves, whereas another major company who gave us a quote expected us to know exactly what we needed and wanted. Staff in the showroom are also very helpful and knowledgable. The shutters came much quicker than expected, even with Covid-19 going on, and the fitting was done swiftly. We are absolutely delighted with our shutters, which are excellent quality and look amazing. Would highly recommend.

I asked for a consultation on options for shutters for my lounge windows, (old house). I had a clear idea in my head on what I wanted, the guy who turned up to talk it through was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, most importantly brought samples with him and explained how things would work, patiently answered all my questions and I ended up with a choice I was not expecting to make and at a price lower than I expected!. The shutters have now been installed and look brilliant. I’m really happy with this service.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our blind fitter, Steven Walker, exemplified 5 star plus customer service. He listended to what we wanted and provided great insight based on his experience. He worked late to ensure he got the job done. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in the finished product is second to none. We love our shutters and we get so many positive remarks from friends and family about these. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We had shutters put into 5 bedrooms in our home 6 years ago. The service was excellent from the very start and the quality of the shutters are excellent. The shutters are so versatile and embrace the light all year round.
I contacted them a few weeks ago to service our shutters as our new build house has settled in the last 6 years and they came through and adjusted/serviced all the shutters free of charge.
The quality of the service is just amazing and that’s what matters when you are spending a significant amount of money. Amazing company - would highly recommend.

I’m absolutely delighted with the level of workmanship and professionalism when dealing with this company - from initial enquiry to appointment and finally installation, everything went incredibly smoothly!
Wilma in the office couldn’t have been more helpful, Craig who measured and consulted with me on design was incredibly knowledgeable and finally Steve and his trusted colleague who installed my beautiful shutters with efficiency, care and respect to my home... they even hoovered at the end so all I needed to do was move some furniture back into position! You can tell they were experienced tradespeople who were highly experienced in joinery.
I’m also extremely impressed with the quality of the shutters - it’s the little differences such as the sealing of the frames and the warranty that compliments the product too.
Would highly recommend as you won’t get a better service or product elsewhere!

Beautifully crafted shutters fitted to my upstairs windows, all within agreed timescale and budget. Staff we dealt with at every point from the shop, the young man who came and measured up and told us all we needed to know, to the two fitters (one of whom was female..yay!!!) Good to see a company breaking with gender stereotypes and employing women. Would very definitely recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Company to anyone planning to fit them.

Shutters fitted on 6 windows. Everyone we dealt with in ESC were very professional and delivered excellent customer service. We had shutters fitted in front two bay windows of our bungalow in December, and I have to say I have been very impressed with The Edinburgh Shutter Company. From the initial consultation with Craig he was very personable, knowledgeable and explained what he felt were the best options for the windows and the differences between the materials. Ordering was easy and Craig was true to his word and fitted them before Christmas. I was kept updated on delivery and fitting timelines by Wilma. Fitting was very professional and Stevie and the team made a fantastic job. They had to return to do a small area today (which is why I haven’t done my review sooner!) again true to their word, they came when they said and the shutters look absolutely stunning. Very impressed and have already ordered more for the kitchen and bedroom.
