Shutters fitted last year, noticed over time a couple of pieces of trim had become loose/detached. Contacted The Edinburgh Shutter Company, Steve and Jay attended within the week and carried out the remedial work without any fuss. Further checks carried out on the remaining shutters with no further issues noted.
The company indicated at the time of purchase that should we have any concerns, they would resolve these without causing a drama and this has definitely been the case. Would recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Company who carried out the work with great care.

I had full length shutters installed in a bedroom, and cafe-style shutters installed in the living room.
Very pleased with the work. Everything was explained very clearly and the survey agent (Dillon) was able to take me through all the options and gave good advice.
I was kept informed through the process, including on lead times for build and installation. The office staff were very friendly and polite.
Installation on the day was quick and painless, and Stevie and Jay did a very professional job. There was very little disruption, the job was completed to a high standard, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went.
Overall very impressed.

I had bedroom window shutters fitted today. They are beautiful, they transform and enhance the room which now feels and looks bigger, airier and brighter.
Stevie and Jay were very polite and courteous and nothing was a bother, they even took down my old curtains and curtain pole and filled in the holes left by the pole.
Wilma at the office is also very friendly, informative and accommodating. I will definitely consider using The Edinburgh Shutter Company again and I would also recommend them. I’m thoroughly delighted.

We had Craig and his team fit shutters throughout the house together with motorised blinds for two sets of French doors and a venetian blind in the kitchen. Really pleased with the work and the quality of the shutters and blinds installed as well as the whole process of ordering and keeping me informed (great job by Wilma!). Would highly recommend using the Edinburgh Shutter Company and checking out their options and styles.

This was the second time we had used Edinburgh Shutter Co . Aggie, Jamie and Stevie were very professional and delivered a fantastic service. They were very mindful of our property and ensured no mess was left. The shutters and blinds they fitted are a very high standard and exactly what we wanted. We recently had our second shutter installed by the Edinburgh Shutter Company having used them previously for our living room. This time it was in our bedroom and we are delighted with the results. The shutters are neat, great quality and add so much to the room. Aggie and James were extremely professional and worked quickly when installing. I would certainly recommend using this company and we plan to use them again in future for other rooms.
