The Edinburgh Shutter Company supplied shutters for two windows. The varied choice of style, colour and finishings is excellent. The company fitted the shutters within the timescales they advised when they estimated the work. Aggie and Jamie fitted the shutters and their workmanship and professionalism is first class.

This is the second time we've had Edinburgh Shutter Co install shutters in a room for us. We absolutely love the shutters and the service is really great. Quick to come and quote, book in and then install. Any queries are also answered quickly. We will definitely be using them again.

The shutters are really high quality and add elegance to my rooms. This is the second house I have had shutters installed in by The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and this time I didn’t bother getting quotes etc from other people as the Edinburgh Shutter co. have competitive prices and great customer service. The fitters Aggie and Jamie could not have been more helpful and were really tidy. First five star rating I have ever given, very satisfied customer.

Shutters fitted on all windows apart from patio doors which had aluminium blinds fitted. Aggie and Jamie arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very friendly and professional. Everything was cleared away before they left and all shutters and blinds checked to my satisfaction. Service given from start to finish was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Edinburgh Shutters. Thank you to all the team.

Over the last 10 yrs I have, on three separate occasions, had shutters fitted in three rooms, two of which had two windows in the room.
While I was satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the product, on the two previous occasions, I have never felt the need to make time to write a review before.
However, yesterday I had another two shutters fitted in our back bedroom and I really felt the need to write this review.
Aggie and Jamie left previous tradesmen at the starting line, in terms of taking a pride in their work and being great ambassadors for their company, nothing was too much bother. Even although Jamie said he was new to the job, there was no sign of that in the job he did and Aggie was so skilled and clearly highly knowledgeable and experienced, I could not rate her more highly. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to both. The shutters raised the temperature of the room a very short time after they left. Many thanks for a first class job. This standard of work deserves recognition.

Shutters fitted on windows in lounge and 2 bedrooms. Very friendly and professional staff. Wilma in the office was extremely helpful over the phone and Aggie and Jamie did a fantastic job at fitting the shutters. The shutters are of a exemplary quality and really finish off the rooms. Would highly recommend Edinburgh Shutter Company.

Had shutters and black out blinds fitted in my children’s bedrooms and the service was excellent. The initial visit to get a quote was super and it was clear they knew what they were talking about. They were able to advise and gave great suggestions. Any phone calls with the company to arrange a time for installation were great, really friendly and accommodating. The tradesmen who then fitted the shutters were brilliant. Arrived nice and early and I was able to leave them to it for a few hours and then the job was done. Cleaned up everything behind them and took time to explain to me how everything worked. Fantastic service, would happily use them again!

From showroom to pre order visit for estimate etc all staff were knowledgeable and explained all aspects of delivery, materials used and fitting of shutters very clearly.

The service from asking for a quote to someone coming to measure and show the difference styles, colours etc and to the fitters , Anggie and Jamie was just perfect ,professionally and friendly .

Excellent Company. All members of staff I dealt with were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Dylan gave great advice on products, Aggie did terrific job of fitting and Wilma was so helpful with the ordering and keeping me updated on delivery. Highly recommend!

Hi, I had a quote from the Lovly Dylan for the shutters I always wanted. I decided to go ahead and now the shutters have been fitted from the Lovly Aggie and Jamie. What a great job they did and cleans up after and I couldn’t be mo happy with them. The Lovly lady on reception is Wilma and so easy to talk to if you have any questions. Stevie and J fitted 3 sets of beautiful interior wooden shutters for my front room and 2 bedrooms. The quality of the work and the care they took to make sure the finish was spot on was exceptional. And they left my flat spotless! I was even able to keep working in while they completed the install.
