We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. We received exactly what was promised and we're delighted with the end result. Stevie and Gary took great care with the measuring up and the fitting was very quick and they tidied up all along the way. Very impressive.

Stevie and Gary were the tradesmen who fitted our shutters and they have done an amazing job. We have an older house and the windows were not even at all making their job more challenging. They worked to the highest standard making sure all the way through we were consulted and aware of what was happening. The shutters are fabulous and with Stevie and Gary's attention to detail they are now phenomenal.

Excellent from the point of meeting with Chris at the very beginning through to the installation and fitting by Stevie and Gary. Stevie and Gary finished the job to a high standard with absolutely zero mess left behind.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality and fit of our new shutters, provided by Chris and his team, from start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with.
We were surprised to not have to part with any money upfront and this gave us huge re-assurance in regard to quality and service.
The installation team (Stevie & Gary) were brilliant, very professional with everything finished to a really high standard. They also removed all the packaging and hoovered up after themselves.
We would not hesitate to endorse The Edinburgh Shutter Co.

They were in contact with us throughout the ordering process and were always informative and helpful. The shutters are good quality and exactly as ordered; we are delighted with them. Everyone in the team was excellent from first online contact to the fitting. Everything was measured accuarately and advice about the style of shutter as well as colour and size was clear and we were able to make informed choices. The cost were not excessive and the timescale we were quoted was accurate to the day. The fitters were outstanding in their attention to detail. We were called to arrange a fitting date then called the day before to check the timing was still OK. I will use this company again and have already recommended them to others.

From the quote to completed installation Chris, Stevie and Gary were very professional and full of eagerness to give complete satisfaction and they didn't disappoint. The work was carried out really efficiently. Strive and Gary were true believers in clean as you go. The service given by the Edinburgh Shutter Co. was first class. They arrived for appointments at the time agreed; both for taking measurements and for fitting. Always very friendly and customer orientated. The quality of the product and the fitting were very good. I had two full height plantation shutters fitted to the windows at the front of the house and I am very satisfied with the product. Would definitely recommend.

Chris provided a fantastic service, to the extent we have now used him for other projects. He communicated throughout he project and only asked for payment, once we were satisfied with the work. Given that he also TRUSTS his clients and does not take a deposit, I would recommend that he be placed on the Trusted Trader panel.
