Fantastic. Very pleased with result and service received. Has totally transformed and modernised. Well worth the outlay.
Craig and Chris at initial visit gave good advice based on their experience. Configuration, slat size etc. Perfect.
Installers, Steve and Nesta. Very tidy and professional installation with attention to detail. Instructions given on how to use shutters properly and no clean up required when they leave. They do it all.
They are all very friendly and helpful.

I had shutters installed in my bedroom. Edinburgh Shutter Company provided excellent advice as to which shutters to go for. They were very competitive in terms of value for money and the installation was done smoothly without any delays.

Was shown how to use shutters and was left a little touch up paint just incase it's needed some day.

Edinburgh Shutter Co visited my home and provided excellent advice on the type of shutters. They kept me informed of the installation date. The fitters arrived on time on the day, they fitted the shutters quickly and cleanly, were very professional.

I had wood plantation shutters installed in 5 rooms. The service from my initial inquiry to the actual fitting was attentive and professional.
They listened to what I wanted and did not try to push more product than needed. Much time was spent choosing the right colour and style.
Unusually for fitters, they made every attempt not to be disruptive. The fitters were courteous, efficient and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves.

Shutters fitted in all 4 upstairs bedrooms.
I am pleased with the quality, fit, look of the shutters. Even at this time of year when there is a lot of light they do a good job of shutting it out. The fitting was well done and the shutters open and close with ease.

Room shutters made to give more privacy - standard window and a hexagonal shaped side window which no curtain or blind would cover properly. Stevie the fitter did a great job and the end product was exactly what we wanted. Very tidy and clean worker, and obviously knew his job. Would certainly recommend.

Shutters supplied and fitted. From the measuring visit to the actual fitting of the shutters, this company was a delight to deal with. There was no problem extending the fitting date due to my holidays. On the day of fitting, Stevie and Aggie arrived promptly and worked efficiently to fit the shutters. They did a very clean job and were very amicable. I would recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Company.

I had lovely shutters fitted on all my front windows and would not hesitate to recommend this company. The staff team are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The surveyor gave all the info and advice needed and the fitter just got on with the job with no fuss or mess, arriving exactly at the time promised. No bother at all to work with and the product is very good quality.

Just had two basement bedroom windows fitted with planters shutters. First stage was careful measuring by a rep from the company. He also provided good tips on size of louvres positioning of the "middle bar" and colour to match the paint used on the windows. On ordering 50% was paid up front. The time from ordering to delivery was +/- 8 weeks. The shutters fit perfectly, the technician did a wonderful job. She (yes!) was very careful, neat and tidy.
I have given 4 not 5 stars against "value for money" as I have no comparison available.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for product and service quality.

We had shutters put into 5 bedrooms in our home 6 years ago. The service was excellent from the very start and the quality of the shutters are excellent. The shutters are so versatile and embrace the light all year round.
I contacted them a few weeks ago to service our shutters as our new build house has settled in the last 6 years and they came through and adjusted/serviced all the shutters free of charge.
The quality of the service is just amazing and that’s what matters when you are spending a significant amount of money. Amazing company - would highly recommend.

We had shutters fitted in the living room, dining area and bedroom of our house this week. Craig who came to do the initial measurements a few months ago was very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. If we were to be picky, communication after this stage could have been better and we sometimes had a few days wait for a response regarding ordering or payment. We appreciate that this was during lockdown however and so may not reflect normal communication times.
