We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

I couldn't be happier with the work of everyone in this company. Edinburgh Shutter company just installed the 4th set of shutters in my New Town flat and the result is amazing.
From Craig's friendly and informative survey, quote and organisation, to Agnieszka's expert and perfect installation, I'll recommend them to anyone who is looking for some beautiful and extremely well-built shutters.

Great service from start to finish. The team of joiners ( male and female) were extremely trusting and very friendly. Only one down side slight delay on waiting for the shutters, was explained why and it was acceptable. Full recommend this company especially Norma who works in office, who nip in to my house to see the finishing for herself and joined in on my excitement. The shutters look great from outside looking in but from inside the house looking out it's 1000 times better.

Great service, great advice re colour & style. We have just put the shutters in one room at the moment, but love the look it gives. The fitting team were excellent, quick, clean and left the room immaculate.

Extremely happy with the shutter blinds that I had installed in one room of my home, so much so my husband and I are greatly considering using this company again for our other rooms.
Excellent product with good service at the outset (this did slip a little in between due to their increased workload) but overall, I am happy with product, the cost was excellent and the workmanship of Aggi and Stevie was great.

Craig and Chris at initial visit gave good advice based on their experience. Configuration, slat size etc. Perfect.
Installers, Steve and Nesta. Very tidy and professional installation with attention to detail. Instructions given on how to use shutters properly and no clean up required when they leave. They do it all.

I would like to compliment the staff of the Edinburgh shutter company, previously we had got shutters for our upstairs windows in February.today the workers came again(07/06/2018)and I was not disappointed.as expected the workmanship was excellent and of a high standard.The workers were courteous,hard working and extra bonus they left the room clean and tidy, I would highly recommend this company

Second time with this company, decided to come back and get shutters for the rest of the house. Very pleased with service from start to finish again. Craig took measurements and advised on what would suit our windows. Arrived on time and fitted by Stevie and Agniewska who were quick and very tidy. Love our new shutters and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We have received a fantastic service from the Edinburgh Shutter Company. Starting with their ability to do appointments that suited us ( a Sunday morning!!)to recommending the shutters that suited our style and budget. Craig was very professional and put us at ease from the word go. The estimation on when the shutters would come was spot on and Stevie and Agniewska were brilliant during the installation and seemed genuinely happy in the job they were doing. So refreshing to see a lady turning up to do a job like this too! All in all I would really recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Company. Oh and the shutters are FAB !!

I am delighted with my new shutters. I had great service from ESC from the first visit and the fitting today was very quick and completed efficiently with zero mess. Their price was very competitive too. I would definitely recommend ESC.

Very good service, product and value from Edinburgh Shutter Company. Great customer service too - had very slight issue with one shutter after fitting and upon reporting they were out pronto to fix. Really good team and very pleasant to deal with.
