We had a full roof and guttering replaced. Taylors Roofs we’re fantastic from start to finish. They went out of their way to put our minds at rest and to accommodate our needs and wishes. We spoke to or met many members of the team over the course of the job and each one was helpful, kind, polite and friendly. We are delighted with the job they have done and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Full roof replacement done. Very happy with the service and the time taken to complete the work. They left the area very clean and tidy.

From the first contact with the office to the completion of the replacement of my garage roof, I’ve been very impressed with Taylor Roofs. Demi and Karen in the office were very friendly and always responded quickly to my queries. Craig the estimator, listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest solutions to the problems I was having with the roof. Blair and Kian worked very hard in extremely hot weather and did the job to a very high standard. I would definitely use them again.

We used Taylor Roofs to replace part of our roof, remove a chimney and install lead over our coping stones. We could not be happier with the quality and workmanship we received from Stewart and Reece, it was outstanding. Nothing was too much bother and they were extremely polite and professional. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. In fact when I am going to get another section replaced, I will ask for them to do it.

New type of ridge tiles fitted which have resolved the roof leaks.

The men doing the work gave me a good briefing on the work being carried out and explained how the tiles are fitted and lock together.

Following the initial survey we decided to have the valleys replaced although there was no pressure selling to do so. We are delighted we did as it was fantastic service from Taylor Roofs from the the first inspection visit from Craig, the office support from Demi and the actual work carried out by Barry and Marc. The service was friendly, polite, efficient and professional from start to finish and the job was done quickly and effectively in one day with no mess. I was unable to be on site but was kept informed of progress at all times.

All members of staff - office and tradesmen - were polite and helpful. The workmen arrived on time and kept us informed about the work they were doing. They acted in a professional manner - no time wasting and they tidied up after their work was finished.

The guys kept us updated , involved and appraised all the way through . They were so professional. They got stuck in and the work was completed within 4 days.

Had a full new roof and we are over the moon. I did a lot of research beforehand Taylor roofing was our choice and we are so happy as everyone that works for Jamie is very hard working, starting from girls in the office Demi & Karen, the young guys that did our roof Jake Marcus Adam. Well I can honestly say they worked none stop for 3 days even staying behind after they should have finished to complete the job. So well done for a fantastic job. Couldn’t fault their workmanship, they replaced missing/broken roof tiles to front and back of house.
Cleaned out guttering and repaired leaks to both front and back.

I had felt replaced on the lower part of my roof and the gutter also replaced. I have used this trader before as I know they do a good job. The men on this job arrived promptly and worked quickly with no time wasted. They took pride in their work and took photos at each stage to show me on completion. They were very tidy and cleared up when finished. They were two personable young men who were a credit to their employer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor roofs.

We then felt confident to contact Taylor roofing for a quote,Craig came out for survey and was very easy to talk to. From then on communication via Demi in office was a dream as we had many questions via email which were always promptly answered. When work commenced it was beautifully planned and coordinated and told us from the onset what a well run and professional company we had chosen. The 3 guys sent to do the work Chris,Jack & Robbie were brilliant and so polite and well mannered and hard working,they cleaned up the whole area each day before they left. These guys take pride in their work and are a credit to Jamie the owner,they went above and beyond expectations and Chris kept us updated all through the work. If anything unexpected occurred Chris would phone office and part or item was delivered promptly which underlines the true professionalism of this company. Steven the operations manager was also on site every day checking on progress and making sure we were happy which we always were,Steven is another gem in the well oiled machine that is Taylor roofing.
