Excellent company from start to finish. Workmen were punctual, polite and kept us informed throughout the installation. We were extremely happy with the work and the quality of the product used.
All the old faeces were taken away and our property was left tidy.

After having numerous leaks despite having my roof redone last year i contacted Taylor Roofing. They were extremely professional, courteous & prompt.

They took photos of my roof to show where the problems were & explained clearly how they would fix it. Throughout the work on my roof the communication was first class & I was always kept up to speed on what had been accomplished each day & what they hoped to achieve the next day.

Jamie & his team where very reliable - turned up at the agreed times & kept us fully informed throughout the whole job.

We had tight deadlines to get our roof replaced before going off on a family holiday. Even though bad weather played its part in delaying progress on a couple of days, Jamies team worked over a weekend to achieve the deadline agreed & with the price agreed.

Great from start to completion. Have had a long term problem with my roof to the rear of my property. The job was surveyed first and course of action discussed then a date confirmed for the job. Stewart and Reece arrived promptly at 8am and were on the roof by 8.30. They worked smartly and it was great to see a very efficient tradesman (Stewart) and his eager young apprentice (Reece) do there work.The job was complete and tidied up on time and I am delighted with the job, well done guys.

I had just moved and the house had a few issues that were known prior to buying.
1. Large mansard flat roof section was beginning to fail.
2. Very cold, suspect poorly insulated under flat roof section. Draughty.
3. Lots of Moss on main pitched roof, blocking
Gutters and roof window rain channels
3. Some dodgy leadwork around chimney stack and open chimney pot for rain to pour down.

Jamie came out and did a full detailed inspection. He used photos to show me things and we had issues of height on the flat roof and upstairs window. Jamie spend time speaking to an architect to look at how insulation could be done without causing condensation problems and at the same time sort the heat loss.
I am aware of the ventilation issues and he was right to think about all aspects of the works.
He was careful not to raise my expectations about how much the insulation would benefit as there is a lot of glass in these rooms.
Prices were fair, I am a facilities manager so you need to be careful and cheap usually costs you dear!
The communication from the guys and girls in the office were great. Turned up when they should, polite, cleaned up, did some extra minor work with no hassle and no cost.
They found a few things were other companies would have asked for more £.
Very honest and trustworthy company.
The difference in my flat roof area is amazing it's so warm now. 400mm of earthwool did the job.
No water getting into chimney or roof.

Flat roof replacement on extension

Right from the quote through to completion they were extremely professional and punctual, the guys worked hard non stop for 3 days to get the job done. Couldn't be happier with the service and will not go anywhere else if I need more work done in the future
