Taylor Roofs

This is the second time of using Taylor Roofs. This latest job was the replacement of the soffits and fascias. Daniel and Ryan who carried out the work were friendly, polite and hard working. Each day they arrived promptly and completed within the estimated timescale of 5 days. They tidied up as they went along and left the premises in a clean state on departure. I would have no hesitation in using Taylor Roofs again.

THE WORK WAS A COMPLETE ROOF RENEWAL AND I WAS VERY GLAD I CHOOSE TAYLOR ROOFS.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE THINKING OF RENEWING THEIR ROOF AS THEY WORKVERY HARD TO GET THE JOB DONE AND CLEAN UP AS THEY GO ALONG.

We have been delighted with Taylor Roofs every time we have used them. We purchased a period property 3 years ago and had them carry out an initial survey to determine maintenance and repair works that were required. We held a face-to-face meeting to go through the photos and survey information to establish the extent of the required works. We were then able to sequence these works in line with our finances and internal refurbishment works. Over the past 3 years they have carried out the following works for us:

- Entirely re-slate a section of roof and replace the rooflight.
- Carry out repair to areas requiring immediate attention including replacing missing slates and badly damaged/ missing tiles.
- Remedial works to a badly damaged chimney. Including re-pointing the haunch and replacing the surround lead flashings.
- Replace a rooflight in our loft which had broken glass in it.
- General maintenance works including cleaning gutters and replacing slates and tiles capable of causing leaks.

We have always found them responsive, extremely helpful and offer an efficient and well-coordinated process from start to finish. They sent out a surveyor to assess all areas of our roof before issuing quotations in the stated timeframes. They were happy to split the works onto separate quotes to allow us to fully assess each area by cost considering it was mainly maintenance and refurbishment work. They even sourced reclaimed slates for us to try and ensure they match the existing as far as possible.

When carrying out the works they ensured they let us know each day when they were starting and finishing and gave us an update at the end of each day with the progress and likely timescales involved. They also provided photographs upon completion of the works and ensured we were satisfied prior to ordering the scaffold to come down.

As you will note from above, we are repeat clients.

Slates replaced, Guttering replaced and Chimney re rendered,fantastic work from start to finish we are delighted with the work the guys done, all the staff I have dealt with throughout our roof repairs have been friendly,efficient and extremely professional, thanks again Team Taylor.

Complete new roof required on our bungalow. We had the initial estimate professionally quoted by a very knowledgable Craig. Then the work of the new roof was carried out by an amazing team lead by Chris, which included not only the renewal of the roof but also guttering, down pipes on the bungalow and garage as well. The team worked relentlessly throughout the week and were mannerly, friendly and able to answer any questions that arose. I am delighted with the finish and my bungalow looks great and more importantly is now watertight and safe! I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Hundreds of 5 star reviews told us and any potential new customers all we needed to know about how good Taylor roofs are. We then felt confident to contact Taylor roofing for a quote,Craig came out for survey and was very easy to talk to. From then on communication via Demi in office was a dream as we had many questions via email which were always promptly answered. When work commenced it was beautifully planned and coordinated and told us from the onset what a well run and professional company we had chosen. The 3 guys sent to do the work Chris,Jack & Robbie were brilliant and so polite and well mannered and hard working,they cleaned up the whole area each day before they left. These guys take pride in their work and are a credit to Jamie the owner,they went above and beyond expectations and Chris kept us updated all through the work. If anything unexpected occurred Chris would phone office and part or item was delivered promptly which underlines the true professionalism of this company. Steven the operations manager was also on site every day checking on progress and making sure we were happy which we always were,Steven is another gem in the well oiled machine that is Taylor roofing. The people within Taylor roofs are a team of well trained professionals who we would recommend to anyone. We have a flat roof replacement needed shortly and Taylor roofing will get the job. It is so hard nowadays getting PROPER TRADESMEN but rest assured you wont have anything to worry about hiring Taylor roofing,thank you all for a wonderful experience from start to finish

Couldn’t fault their workmanship, they replaced missing/broken roof tiles to front and back of house.
Cleaned out guttering and repaired leaks to both front and back.

Garage Roof replaced, porch roof replaced and roof edge installed. All work carried out was of an excellent standard and the workmen were punctual and very polite.

Had a full new roof and we are over the moon. I did a lot of research beforehand Taylor roofing was our choice and we are so happy as everyone that works for Jamie is very hard working, starting from girls in the office Demi & Karen, the young guys that did our roof Jake Marcus Adam. Well I can honestly say they worked none stop for 3 days even staying behind after they should have finished to complete the job. So well done for a fantastic job. All members of staff - office and tradesmen - were polite and helpful. The workmen arrived on time and kept us informed about the work they were doing. They acted in a professional manner - no time wasting and they tidied up after their work was finished.

Following the initial survey we decided to have the valleys replaced although there was no pressure selling to do so. We are delighted we did as it was fantastic service from Taylor Roofs from the the first inspection visit from Craig, the office support from Demi and the actual work carried out by Barry and Marc. The service was friendly, polite, efficient and professional from start to finish and the job was done quickly and effectively in one day with no mess. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Roofs. It is nice to know that on something as important as a roof you have a company you can trust with service to match

From the first contact with the office to the completion of the replacement of my garage roof, I’ve been very impressed with Taylor Roofs. Demi and Karen in the office were very friendly and always responded quickly to my queries. Craig the estimator, listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest solutions to the problems I was having with the roof. Blair and Kian worked very hard in extremely hot weather and did the job to a very high standard. I would definitely use them again.

We used Taylor Roofs to replace part of our roof, remove a chimney and install lead over our coping stones. We could not be happier with the quality and workmanship we received from Stewart and Reece, it was outstanding. Nothing was too much bother and they were extremely polite and professional. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. In fact when I am going to get another section replaced, I will ask for them to do it.
