The garage roof required work done on it. It’s a flat roof which needed replaced. The two men (David and Ben) turned up timeously each morning and worked hard the full day. They were pleasant, hardworking employees and I would recommend your company on the experience I had with these workmen.

Extensive roofing repairs carried out including tile refixing and replaced, ridge tiles refixed, end pieces replaced, guttering fixed, valleys tidied. Scaffolding arranged to provide safe working access. All works carried out on agreed date, engineers arrived on time, work carried out by hard working team over four days, very professional approach as we were kept updated with progress.

Previously I’ve used Taylor Roofs to replace the roof of my garage. This time it was to do a similar job on the flat roof of a small extension. Again I was very happy with the service from initial contact with the office until completion of the job.

Replacement of flat roof. Survey was helpful and the person gave good advice. The work was carried out to a great standard. The team (Ben and John I think were the names) were diligent, tidy and helpful. It was completed quicker and more cleanly than expected, and garden was left pretty tidy after. Admin side was also really good, the office staff were very helpful and efficient. Will definitely use again in future!

Clean and tidy, replaced the rotten panel and painted it, you wouldn’t know it had been done when they were finished. They were punctual and did an excellent job. Very happy, would recommend to others.

Complete new dormer roof has been done taken back and replaced wooden beams. Second time I have used them as I got other dormer done two yrs ago.
Taylor Roofs were very professional in every way, workmanship and time keeping, to keeping us up too date at every stage. I would certainly recommend them.

I contacted Taylor Roofs to undertake a survey of my roof to see if they could proved a solution to the condensation problems in my loft. The survey was carried out in a very timely manner and a solution was quickly identified (installation of vents). I was given a realistic timescale as to when the work would likely commence and the time it would take to complete (both of which turned out to be pretty accurate). The roofers who carried out the work (Craig, Dylan and Reece) were very efficient and did an excellent job - many thanks guys. I would highly recommend Taylor Roofs as throughout the whole process they provided a friendly, efficient and professional service. Keep up the good work!

There was a leak below the solar panels installed on the roof of my property. It took a while to find a company that has experience with solar panels and can fix the problem in the roof. The company surveyed it and provided a quote. They then informed that the waiting period was about 12 weeks. We agreed a date and they came to fix it. The job was done expertly and the roof is intact (I believe). The staff were friendly and the work neatly done.

I struggled to find a roofer and was sick of unreliable companies. I found J Taylor from 1st call to completion have been great.
Work was completed to high standard and no coming back looking for more money. Price was the price and all customer service was 1st class.
Work done was maintenance and dry hip system as well as cosmetic work to lead.
