Repairs to a very old pan tiled roof. Ridge tiles replaced and advice given on state of chimneys plus some remedial work on then too.
The surveyor and tradesmen who did the work were all polite, courteous and knowledgeable and the work was done quickly, and very tidily. The final result is excellent and we would not hesitate to employ them again.

Support and customer service from Nicola and Hazel at the office was first class . The guys who did the job did it with the minimum of fuss. I expected it to be very intrusive as we had a big job done lasting the whole week but it wasn't at all. We were kept up to date with progress at the end of every day. They then sent out one of the surveyors (Brian) to check over the job after completion and he was also first class. We had reported a few tiles with minor damage at the end and these were replaced immediately. I would highly recommend Taylor Roofs for an excellent job.

I had a complete new roof fitted and the entire process from the initial roof survey till clean up after the roof was fitted was flawless.

There was a leak below the solar panels installed on the roof of my property. It took a while to find a company that has experience with solar panels and can fix the problem in the roof. The company surveyed it and provided a quote. They then informed that the waiting period was about 12 weeks. We agreed a date and they came to fix it. The job was done expertly and the roof is intact (I believe). The staff were friendly and the work neatly done.

Had a new flat roof fitted by Taylor Roofing. Due to weather, etc quite a long time between deposit payment and original given start time, although the team then arrived 2 weeks early which was great. Robert and his co-worker (sorry, I have forgotten his name) were very friendly and seemed very happy in their work. They pushed to get the job completed, working late on the Friday evening and even though it was getting dark, still left everything very tidy and clean. Final price was reduced to take account of materials not used. Would recommend to others.

Took longer to complete but weather was against them. Came during a storm to finish guttering, They were soaked. Very happy with the work, no leak on flat roof - first time for ages.

I would absolutely recommend Taylor Roofs, as they were recommended to us by other customers. They carried out a major roof repair for ourselves and our downstairs neighbour. The initial survey by Brian Welsh was thorough and detailed options and quotes were provided. The actual work involved installing new gutters and zinc ridges, flashing was replaced and tiles were repaired or replaced. The guys (sorry don’t have their names) who did the gutters on the first day were efficient and professional. The main work over the next week or so was carried out by Daniel and Robbie who are exceptionally hard workers and again very professional. Communication was excellent throughout the work and the price was reasonable. I rate this firm highly and would recommend to others.

From the initial phone call to a completed roof, every single member of Taylor Roofing has acted professionally, relaying accurate information but most importantly, acted authentically.
Our roof was replaced by Kyle (bones). You couldn't ask for a nicer guy! He was hard-working, kept us informed of what was happening and was always very tidy. He was also so polite and honestly, if I owned a roofing company, it would be my top priority to have him working for me. He epitomises great customer service and his roofing ability/knowledge is outstanding. The team he worked with were also very professional, tidy and did an incredible job. All the guys were very respectful of each other, and worked in a way that caused minimal disturbance to ourselves and our neighbours. They were all an absolute pleasure!
Would recommend Taylor Roofs to every single person, without doubt. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

From the initial contact and roof survey to the completion of the work, Taylor roofing were extremely friendly and professional. They explained all the work required and gave an expected time frame along with detailed quotes.
On the day work started the team of Declan and Connor arrived on time and quickly inroduced themselves. They worked for three days on the property and at all times they were friendly, corteous and very willing to explain what had been done and the work still to be completed - photographs were readily available. On completion they were very diligent ensuring all the debris was cleared and the property was left in a clean and tidy state. They also ensured that I was happy with the work before they left.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor roofing and would add that the team of Declan and Connor are definitely very good ambassadors as well as roofers.
